Jay & Bryant did such an amazing job. Introduced themselves before entering my house. Asked if they needed to take their shoes off. They were both very polite. Very knowledgeable about their job and explained what they were doing and answered my questions. Very thorough job. Cleaned up after themselves. 100% recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future. Also very affordable.

They fixed the discrepancies discovered and gave me tips on products and procedures to fix minor issues. They are very knowledgeable about the job and educated me on proper usage and maintenance. We had our chimney swept & inspected. They were very friendly, professional & clean! They made my wife feel comfortable as she was home alone. They took pictures and explained everything that needed to be done. We would definitely use them again!!

They called before arriving, showed up on time, and explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. In addition to being pleasant, friendly and personable, they were absolutely professional. Quickly and efficiently they went about the task of clearing our dryer vent. EXCELLENT experience with Mr. Chimney Guy. I found him online, through recommendations. The fireplace in need was in a home built in the early 90s, and it had only been used a few times back in the day. Mr. Chimney was available that same day, which was great, as I had a list of things to get done at the house. We discussed fees, and there was a charge for inspection, and another if cleaning was needed. I agreed, as the prices were equal to, or less than, quotes other friends had paid for their own chimneys.

He arrived with his brother, who works with him, and they were professional, kind, and expedient. They inspected the fireplace and gave it a thumbs up, and they said it did not need cleaning. They also offered free advice on some of the roofing, as well as my installation of some cables that were near the chimney exterior on the roof. As they left, I asked where I could write a review, because good people deserve notice. And Mr. Chimney Guy is great.

I scheduled an appointment with Mr. Chimney Guy. He was able to accommodate a day and time to fit my schedule. He arrived at the scheduled window time and texted when he was 20 minutes away. He was very professional and gave us a lot of tips on the proper wood to use and how to maintain our chimney working properly.

I was very glad to find a local AV company to save my 20 year old gas fireplace. Lennox is out of business so they installed an upgraded after market burner assembly that worked with my model. Took 3 months to get the back ordered part but worth the wait to keep my excellent fireplace. The 2 nearest fireplace stores only would install a whole new fireplace. Would not repair with anything not a Lennox part. Those are impossible to obtain.

I called around to see if anyone can service my area since I live in the desert. They’re able to book me in before Christmas! I was skeptical at first when they asked me to pay beforehand since I wasn’t home. I understand that they wanted to secure the payment so I paid them as I trusted the reviews here on Google. Didn’t regret it! And so, now I’m able to use our fireplace at the new house we just bought! We are very pleased with their work! I’m so happy! Our Christmas is complete. Thank you, Mr Chimney Guy! Will definitely use them again.
