Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

This is towards sears and the quality of their service. I ordered my parts for my range on April 28,2023 and I only received two of the three parts. The third part was on back order, but I didn’t receive an update until the end of May about my part not being in stock and the manufacturer couldn’t find a replacement supplier. So I waited while they looked for my third part to get to the technician so he can come fix my range, by now it’s June, so I told the customer service representative I’ll set up an appointment for the technician to come fix my range with the two parts I do have on July 3, at between 8AM-12 PM the technician called me once and never came to my house and sent a picture with his finger over the camera as saying he came to my home but I have cameras and he never showed up and I called him more than once and it went straight to voicemail. I’m very disappointed with sears and how they handled my order and couldn’t find a part that I paid for in full and the communication was me reaching out to them to get updated on my third part for my range. I would expect this from a mom and pop store, but not a big box retailer like Sears. It’s becoming clear that most big box retailers that are grandparents shopped at are becoming obsolete.

Organized and focused. Very neat and respectful of property. Friendly. Answered all my questions; and I had lots. I really liked the way he worked. As a former Operations Manager, Avery exhibited work ethics that would hold him in excellent standing.
