They are fast, friendly and communicate well. But we have a few things got damaged e.g. fridge door got major dents when they tear down the dry wall, and minor and major cracks on other stuff during the moving process.

At first I was not sure about how the whole process of SERVPRO works but the representative that helped me, Marijo, walked me through the whole process and had the ultimate patience while answering each of my questions. Abitare HOA contacted the company regarding a water leak in two units. AAA approved the mitigation. Drying of my unit was postponed by 4 days since the other affected unit did not have electricity to inspect it. I disagree that mitigation of my unit was delayed because of an issue with a different unit( drawback of using the same company to address two units in one complex) poor communication between ServPro Assessor and AAA. We decided to go with another company to start the repairs. I was also disappointed to find that my industrial dust pan and brush set were taken. I guess the items should have been pastel colored so as not to be confused with the companies items.

ServPro responded quickly to our dishwasher leak - bringing dehumidifiers and drying fans within hours of receiving the call. They checked for moisture, carefully removed the failed dishwasher and came back several times until there was no longer a moisture reading. The team was responsive and professional. We would use them again .... but hopefully won't have the need!

Chelsea came out to check for water damage after Hurricane Helene. She is the G.O.A.T. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and was great to talk with. A+ services.

Do not use this company!!!!!! They did work for us back in February for water mitigation for my elderly mother and kept tacking on extra costs ($13,000.00) that were not mentioned, 3 months after they said they were paid in full. They also broke a chandelier and only replaced it after months of asking. We have reported them to the Department of Aging for elder financial abuse and are going to retain an attorney. What a mess!!!
