We used JMB Valenzuela’s Construction company to paint the exterior of our home. They were very professional and respectful of our property. The prep and repair work were completed in the time frame agreed upon on the written contract. They also fabricated a metal security front door. I would used their services again.

Thank you Royer for the installation of our new tile for our outside porch and steps. It looks great and done professionally. I highly recommend JMB for any work done to homes. Very satisfied and pleased with how the installation of tile turned out and will be using JMB for future home projects.

ROGER is hands down the most friendly and professional electrician
He was on time, respectful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He walked me through everything as he worked, which I really appreciated. You can tell he actually cares about his work and making sure you feel good about the job being done. Will be using him for more projects coming along.

Royer and his JMB team did an amazing job getting the exterior of our home to look beautiful. Painted the exterior of our home/garage, gave us a custom driveway gate, designed a sleek custom handrail for our front steps and added toppers to our existing fence. Spent approximately a month, very efficient, good communicator and finished just in time for a gathering my family n I were having. Would highly recommend his company.

JMB team have been my go to general contractors for a few years now. I’ve worked on a few projects with them and could not recommend more. My first project was an outdoor patio project and my most recent one was a repair in my kitchen. I had water damage in my kitchen and JMB was able to bring my kitchen back to life within a few days with short notice. They fixed my flooring, drywall and cabinets. Highly recommend!

Home built in 1953 was in very bad and even dengerous condition. Prior Const. Co. Installed new windows in rotted wood frames and then wanted a fortune to fix it. Praise God I found Royer at JMB. His crew did a Great job to remedy the problem. I also had flickering lights even when switch was off. They tirelessly traced down all the electrical problems. I had upgraded panel spliced into existing wiring. They had to crawl in attic, crawl space and knock out walls inside and out. Found old wires with no insulation shorting out. Rewired whole house with new led lighting and new outlets with gfi. Patched up walls and now I have beautiful windows and new electrical at a fraction of what other Co. was trying to extort from me. Royer and his team did very meticulous, clean and neat work. I was so Blessed to find him. I appreciate him so much. I HIGHLY Recommend him. 10 Stars 🌟
