My pool maintenance contractor ordered Adam to my residence to repair a leak in my filter equipment. When he came to do the repair, it was an easy job for him so he didn't charge me. When I argued that he needed to charge me something for his time and travel, he wouldn't do it and just said, "Give us a good review" which I am now happy to do. Fair, friendly and efficient!

If I were able to give 0 stars I would have. My fiancee and I booked this company last year on July 23, 2023 and paid them a $1000 retainer for setup, restroom attendant and breakdown and clean up services for our wedding coming up on September 1, 2024. As the months get closer we reached out to them to collect their Certif of insurance because the venue was requesting it for their files. After weeks of calling both Abels cell phone and work number with no success we finally got an answer on the office phone saying he would call us back. when he did call he told us there was something wrong with his phone and to reach him at the office. Now about a month ago (July) we reached out again asking about the COI and again after several failed attempts to contact via cellphone or office phone, a women answers the phone and lets us know he is aware and working on the COI and will send it. It is now August 14th and we still did not receive the Certificate of Inusrance and have now been unavle to reach anyone by phone or email. we spoke with our venue who he did answer for and they said he would be contacting us immediately and sending them the COI directly. hours past and I still received no phone call. I reached back out to the venue and they confirmed that I did in fact have the correct number and they did not know why he wasn't answering. after several more failed attempts to call and text still no response. About and hour later I receive a Zelle transaction refunding our deposit from last year. then an email stating that it is unfortunate that they are unable to provide services for our wedding which is approximately 2 weeks away. This response still came with no reason or rationale and now has put us in a position to have to search for a new vendor. This is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate vendor I have ever encountered and I would highly not recommend anyone trust or use their services as they have proven to lack communication ethic, professionlism, accountability or respect for the process and time it takes to plan one of the most important days of a couples life. I am attaching the email sent with no explanation as well as a picture of their logo. please be careful especially when it comes to one of the most importan days of your life!

Unfortunately based on your reply Abel you aren’t being honest. We never requested a refund. In the attached email response to your refund email we questioned why we were not getting replies as well as stated that we did “not” say we didn’t want to use your services. We clearly stated that we needed confirmation that you would still be providing services because you had been and even still are unresponsive and would not return calls even after you spoke to our venue representative. The email response posted here speaks for itself! Please also see the attached text thread in which I tried to reach you as far back as June still with no reply even up until yesterday regarding still using your services. We never asked for a refund so again you are not being honest

I'm a Community Manager for an Apartment Complex. I called Abel on Sunday needing someone to wash the carpet for a 1 bedroom apartment urgently. He booked me for Tuesday. He came on time did an amazing job. He text me when they arrived and when they left. Made sure I was satisfied with their service. Will be calling again for my future vacant units. MDO is super professional, affordable, and overall was awesome at keeping my wedding reception looking beautiful! It was on a large multi-acre estate; Analicia and Karina kept the place clean and free of any trash while also making sure there was always ice and water filled for guests. Bathrooms were spotless. I would absolutely book them again in a heartbeat!

We hired MDO Cleaning Services to deep clean our new location, as we were moving in. They certainly had their work cut out for them, with the grimy kitchen equipment we moved in, our high ceilings, and lots of windows which they cleaned inside out. Their team did an exceptional job, were on time, professional AND friendly. Plus, the service was reasonably priced! Hurray! Highly recommend.

It Only Takes One To Make The Whole Group Look Bad 🎥

Bad review based on not having tomato cages when it's on the website as available + a rude employee when I wanted help about it when I took the trip, thinking that the website was correct.

God himself would be upset to show up over here to find out they have 8000 registers and only 5 are open🤣 I hope corporate gets to see this and pay them a visit by surprise.

Saw Alejandro on the news giving amazing advice on how to maintain lawns etc during the drought!! He is very knowledgeable and gave solutions I've never heard before.

Hidden gem landscaping provided a great service. They were clean, professional, detail orientated, and great communicators. Highly recommend!

Alejandro came out of his way late in the evening to check my sprinkler problem. Figured out & fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes, something that two other landscapers and an electrician could not fix! He even provided suggestions to help with my grass and broken sprinklers. Thank you so much! You were so kind.
