I haven't gotten my delivery yet, but I can give 5 stars to Diana! Previously, I worked with a contractor through So Cal Gas that was super unresponsive - my account got transferred here and Diana has been top-notch. Given the previous experience, I've called in a bunch of times, but she's always available or calls me back with updates or answers. She's kind, welcoming, and a total opposite to the other company. Until I get my order installed, just wanted to thank you for your professionalism and help in getting things sorted out.

Their technician, Nelson, showed up and went over what needed to be done in detail to keep it running smoothly, gave me options and pricing. The job was done professionally - I'm definitely calling them again if I ever have AC or heating issues.

I had a heating issue this winter that started with my heater blowing cold air at night. Two contractors came out but couldn't fix it. When I reached American Comfort, Nelson listened to my situation and explained possible causes, costs, and his schedule. He was knowledgeable and completed the job efficiently.
