The short - Honest, helpful, friendly.
Reached out to Luis to help us with our water heater. From the start, I knew I wanted to work with him. He guided me on the way to find out of my product was still under warranty. He told me I may be able to get the parts for free. He then gave me advice on how to do it, but also offered to help with the project.
When the parts arrived (free because of warranty), Luis helped me install them and fixed my kitchen sink. Prices were great too! He was informative through the work which I appreciated because I like learning.
I am thankful for his honesty and availability. My wife and I definitely feel like we found our family plumber and will reach back out when we are ready to repipe and other plumbing needs.
