Dead refrigerator is a bad thing. Michael arrived on time (about 30 minutes after I called!). He had the part and had us up and running in about 20 minutes, for a fair and reasonable rate. We’ve used him before (washer, dryer, dw) and will use him again!

I called on a Monday afternoon, and got a service appointment for the following day, no problem. Good news already! The technician that showed up was professional, quick, and competent. The ice maker was broken on the Bosch fridge, he anticipated what the problem was going to be and had the part with him already. He was very polite and explained what was wrong, what he fixed and that we should have ice in a few short hours. We do! I'd say five stars all around! Thank you!

This company is absolutely the best! There have been a few times that I was desperate to have an appliance repaired and they came right away! Other times that I’ve use them for different old appliances that I have they came and fixed them when other companies told me that I would have to get rid of them! Michael is very sweet and caring. Their prices are very competitive and reasonable ♥️ Thank goodness I put them in my contacts!
