I replied to your feedback request & gave your serviceman 5 stars, but you replied to my feedback informing me that it was not complete so let me give you a further account of my experience:
My washer has been in disrepair since Oct. 26, 2023. There were numerous calls made to you. Your telephone operators have been empathetic, and your repairmen did their best to accommodate me; however, their hands are tied because your business office sucks!!! You have caused me much anguish. Now that my washer is in working condition after nearly 5 months of disrepair, and I AM thankful, I would like to let you know your system needs much improvement. In this busy world that we live in, taking 5 months to resolve a problem is unacceptable! -

The storm from the fires dumped so much dirt and debris in my window AC units that they need a pro to to open them way up to clean areas not readily accessible to customer. Tech was friendly knew his stuff and got both units back up and running
