We had an issue with outlets and called to get a diagnostic done. Tigran came and was able to figure out what the problem was and fix it very quickly. He was awesome and I highly recommend asking for him.

I called this company at random because I had a bathroom light switch that would not shut off. I was quoted $75 for the initial visit and the remainder of the charges could be less or more depending on what needed to be done. In other words, vague. After repairing the switch and the repairman gave me the bill to be signed, it said $350, and that is for about an an hour of work. I looked at him like, 'Are you kidding me'. He said how about $300 instead. The work was already completed so what can I say? When a repairman needs to always keep the customer aware of potential additional charges. What he did was rewire several things that did not need to be rewired. He did not ask me if this was ok, he just did them most likely to pad the bill. I will never call this company again.
