Excelente contratista muy profesional

I recently worked with Joel Hatch Construction to perform a variety of updates to my 1941 Bridgen Ranch home in Pasadena. The work was well estimated, well communicated, well scheduled, and well executed. All the work was done to a high standard and my feedback was regularly sought and responded to quickly. In the little over two months the crew spent at my house, they were there every day, always working (this was reported to me by neighbors, my gardener, and others who observed the work while I was away at my job), conducted themselves in a professional manner, and left my property in a secure and clean state at the end of each day. The projects done included a new roof, a new HVAC system, a new electrical panel, new gutters (with the addition of leaf guards), resurfacing of the front porch and replacement of the pillars on the porch, installation of attic fans, new 6' fencing, a new kitchen window, repainting the exterior of the house and some portions of the interior, repair of cracks in plaster ceilings, remodel of a spare room attached to the garage (i.e., new flooring, installation of cabinets, work surface, ceiling fan, lighting, and electrical outlets), and other smaller projects that enhanced the look and function of my home. I am extremely pleased with the work done and the manner in which it was done and I recommend Joel Hatch for any work requiring a general contractor.

Joel and his crew did a great job with electrical and patching in my 1920s Spanish Revival home. Great communication, fair prices, and very considerate and conscientious in my home. Also, he’s just a really nice guy with a nice team. I will definitely hire him again for future work.

Peter was extremely nice and did a great job installing my Level 2 charger for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended by someone who gives a lot of low reviews.
