Called them out for removal of a dead tree that dropped a branch on our garage, immediately quoted us twice what everyone else is charging and then called the city to pull a permit IN OUR NAME WITHOUT US HAVING SIGNED A CONTRACT. Called to find out why they did so and received a bunch of condescending commentary from the person at the office. NEVER GONNA TALK TO THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Stephen was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. What I really liked was they were very prompt, on time and completed the job on time. When we ran into any unforeseen problems in the project they did not stint and made sure we were satisfied with the end result. Highly recommend them!

Flintridge Tree Care is AMAZING! I am giving them a shout out because we have had a tree emergency almost every holiday since last Christmas day, starting with a huge fallen oak that blocked the road, and leading up to another super sick beetle infested oak on Halloween and a tree problem on Thanksgiving. They are so fast, reliable and good at what they do.

This Flintridge company came and saw my front yard pine tree.the contract is completely toward their own protection and they do not guarantee their work, also the fee they were putting in contract was very high
. It looked like BuLLYING the owner of the house!

Excellent tree trimming in a timely manner and a fair price.

We have used them multiple times at our house and as a Realtor I have recommended them to several clients.

Provided a reasonable quote for a small landscaping project, two weeks later he’s still hesitant about providing a start date. He finally says he’ll do the work 3 weeks later. We wait another 3 weeks for him and 3 weeks come and go, without any communication. At the end of the third week, I contact him and get no response. So I decide to call him, he doesn’t pick up. I leave him a voicemail and he then starts messaging back that he’s been behind, things are taking longer etc etc. He then says that he never wrote out a contract and that he didn’t agree to start the work in 3 weeks!!!! Sure buddy.

So the moral of the story is: get this company to write out a contract right away or better yet, go with a more professional company and save yourself the time and hassle.

We have had Arturo Lopez and his incredibly professional crew work on several of our trees. Their work is always of the highest quality. Recently they took down our huge dead oak tree expediently and without incident. We would hire them again in a minute.

After a big windstorm, a tree fell in our yard and onto our cars. I called the number, which ended up being the direct line for Arturo Lopez (the owner) and left a message on New Year's Day. He returned the call within 5 mins and was at our house to provide an estimate within an hour. I expected to get a call back the next business day! He said he always keeps his phone on him after a wind storm. He knew the situation was urgent and moved an annual maintenance service with another customer (with an explanation of what happened at our home) to the following day so he could bring a crew out the next morning to our house. The crew was professional and quick for such a big job. Arturo was awesome and communicative. He turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. We'll definitely be using their services again!

Arturo and his crew trimmed an olive tree for me last summer. I've seen so many overpruned trees - I was worried that they would prune too much, too. They really listened to what I wanted and took a lot of care taking off just the right amount. I highly recommend them.

Arturo and his crew are top notch! We had an ancient oak that was leaning after all the rain and endangering our house. Arturo rearranged his schedule and got to work the next business day. His crew was professional, on time and neat. Very good service and great value. Thanks Arturo!!

After giving us a reasonable quote, on 10/28/24, Lopez Tree Service trimmed our Pecan tree. The owner, Arturo, is very professional. They arrived on time, prepped the area including covering our solar panels with plywood and got to work. The were quick and left our roof and yard very clean. They even made sure the gutters were clear where they had worked. Our tree looks fantastic.
