We can really feel the difference in the air quality. We’re all breathing so much easier and I’m not seeing so much dust accumulation around the house. I would consider this a really healthful service for the home.

This review is for their dryer vent services. Predatory, dishonest practices. My dryer sensor said there was a flow problem so I called beliving there was a problem with the dryer vent. They came out and told me it would be $400 to clean it out but they would open the dryer to make sure there was nothing else wrong with the dryer parts and will show me video of before and after so I agreed. They would not start without payment, then the price jumped to %450 and 50 to replace the dryer vent hose with a more efficient one. I needed my dryer fixed so I said yes. 30 min later they were done and my dryer still did not work and they said it was a problem with my dryer not the vent,no video. My complaint is that they are predatory in their charging and misrepresent what they can and will do. Do not use this company they overcharge. I was told by another company who came to fix my dryer the average cost is 150 to 200 to clean out a dryer vent. Beware of this company. I also believe reviews are not genuine.

First thing first, the assistant on the phone is very nice and gave me reasonable price, she deserves a five star review.
But when the technician comes in, he asked for $1000 for vent cleaning!
I said no and refused to do any works, then he said he can discount to $500!
I still said no and ask the technician to leave, then the technician ask me to pay $59 for inspection!

We just moved into a house that belonged to a heavy smoker, and the smell was unbearable every time the heat kicked on. I was worried we would have to replace the entire HVAC system. Hector came out and did a massive deep clean of every single duct in the house. He used a special deodorizer that actually neutralized the smoke instead of just masking it with perfume. The house smells incredibly fresh now, and we can finally breathe comfortably. I am so grateful for his hard work and dedication to getting that awful smell out of our new home!
