By chance I met Michael and was later introduced to Jessica and they are the salt of the earth. With every meeting and correspondence I've had with them, I really feel heard with every area of concern I presented them. For example, I hired a different company to clean windows and after 2 visits (an initial visit and a re-do visit), it looked as if the windows were never cleaned. I then presented this issue to Michael and Jessica and boy did they deliver. Not only did they clean the windows to the point you can see your reflection, they also removed graffiti, and cleaned posts of bird droppings! I trust that they'll deliver each and every time and it was so easy to work with them. As soon as I expressed my concerns, I just shut off my brain and let them take care of the rest. The quality really speaks for itself! They have that Midas touch.

My office had gotten a little "neglected" in certain spots after my normal cleaning team had been asked to "move on". I have a small, but busy doctor's office in an old converted house and was trying to do the cleaning myself. You can probably guess how THAT went!

I called Jan-Serve and Lisa came out and did a walk-through with me, finding out what I was looking for in a one-time "deep cleaning". She obviously knew her stuff, asking questions that I hadn't even realized was something that needed attention...(it did). She was professional, courteous and I could tell she really wanted to make this place look (and feel) better.

She gave me several options and fees, all of which I thought were very reasonable.

Well, you get what you pay for! I couldn't be more happy with the results. They arrived on time, did an amazing job and I have now hired them to be my regular cleaning service.

I have been using Jan-Serve for over 6 years.
This is the first cleaning company that I've used where I Don't have to call them every week and tell them this and that wasn't cleaned. They do a sensational job of cleaning and dusting everything in site. Every week it's always clean! And smells great too. Lisa the owner is really fussy on the cleanliness of the Business. There is nobody out there that comes even close!!! I tried them all including myself and nobody cleans like Jan-Serve! They are the Bellagio of the cleaning companies!!!
