I saw so much lint come out of the wall. I did not know it was that bad in there. The dryer vent cleaning was very clean and they did not leave a mess. My clothes feel much softer now too.

Our dryer is in a separate garage in Pasadena, and the vent is plumbed underground under the patio to the back yard fence. It's a PVC pipe system so it holds water. Fast Dryer Vent Cleaning used a wet/dry vac setup during the dryer vent cleaning to suction out a sludge of lint and condensed water that had accumulated in the low spots under the concrete. They got it flowing again without us having to excavate the back yard.

I tried to clean the pipe myself with a vacuum but I could not reach all the way. It was a waste of time. These guys had the right tools to do a real dryer vent cleaning for me. They showed me all the stuff they took out and it was gross. I can really tell the difference when I do the laundry now. Everything is dry much faster and the room is not humid. It was a very good experience and I will call them back.

This pool service started out good. Good work and reliable. For the last 3 months, I have not had full service (1-2 visits missed each month) and when someone does show up, the cleaning job is not as good as it was in the beginning (who leaves dead leaves in the bottom of the pool?). I was patient in the beginning, but... I cannot afford to continue as the young man I hired does not communicate with me in advance. Tell me if there is a problem. I'm done.
