Reeve arrived first thing in the morning.Very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our HVAC and had to get back with us on repairs. Coils were very damaged with leaks.

Last year they found cracks in our hoses and other parts that needed to be replaced and updated . Excellent job and this year we called them back for just maintenance. Trust worthy and on time.

We have a 25 yo A/C system. PRHA was the original installer. This visit we needed new starting capacitors. Reeves was polite, knowledge and efficient. Thank you!

The technician, Lance Griffin notified me about his arrival. He quickly identified a problem and fixed it. Then, a second problem was identified and he gave me time and cost. I told him to go ahead and quickly completed the job. Lance was friendly and professional.

Wonderful to work with. They fit us into a very tight schedule to help us with an emergency, showed up on time, and resolved our issue at a very fair fee. Julio was thorough, helpful, and informative. We wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

When our air conditioning unit went belly-up after 27 years of service, we decided it was best to transition to a heat pump since we have solar. There were a few unforeseen issues after installation and Paso Robles Plumbing Heating & Air came out and fixed them at no charge to us. They even did more than expected to please us.

My 20 year old furnace quit over the weekend. Monday I called at 8:00am for a service appointment. The tech called me in less than an hour and was at the house 20 minutes later. After discussing the symptoms and possible causes he went to work and fixed the issue in short order. The tech was polite, careful and efficient. I've used Paso Robles Heating and Air over the years for A/C, Heating and for plumbing. They are a reputable and reliable company which I highly recommend.

I experienced what can only be described as an A/C catastrophe in a heat wave. I searched for A/C techs who would be able to diagnose, and/or solve my problem.The Paso office was able to schedule a visit from Reeve who was knowledgeable and honest. He was able to resuscitate my, to all appearances overworked, & dead 40+ year old A/C unit. This has bought me some time to plan for replacement with a new A/C unit

This was a great experience. They called 15 minutes ahead of time and arrived when they said they would. He did a review and inspection of the air conditioner and thoroughly examined the duct system as we had a question about it. He was honest and did not try to sell us something unnecessary. When the time comes to replace the unit - this is who I will call!
