Thomas helped me figure out what was wrong with my A/C and provided a solution. Thomas helped another family member with their A/C troubles as well, which lead me to utilizing his services for my own home. Highly recommend!
They came up to troubleshoot a problem with my AC at Lake Nacimiento. Said it was fixed, but when we came up it wasn't working. They sent me a bill with a $300 trip charge and a $25 truck charge added, which they never mentioned and we never agreed on when I spoke with them before they came up. Would never recommend them or use them again.
Templeton Heating and Air was able to diagnose a problem with our AC unit that another local company was unable to diagnose last year. Unfortunately our AC completely stopped working over the weekend and Monday morning first thing I received a call back that a tech would be able to come out that same day. This company exceeds customer satisfaction in my opinion and are the best company I have used in this area (I've used four others). Our tech Brian was amazing, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend this company!
