Called this morning first a warranty repair. Within 90 mins they were there to resolve the issue. They provide “old fashioned” service in a time when the customer no longer comes first. Class act company!

Easily made an appointment in the near future; appointment quickly confirmed; received timely notice of when the technician would arrive; technician arrived on time, and was courteous and competent

We've been using Paso Robles Plumbing, Heating and Air regularly for the last 10 years. We signed up for their twice a year maintenance program which keeps our 25 year old heating and air conditioning units working properly.

Office staff very responsive. Tech polite. Some scheduling difficulties that were resolved. Suggest that maintenance clients have an easy to access automatic pay option.

The technician that came to my home on Friday was a problem solver & a pro! Super happy with the experience.

I was really pleased with the detail of the inspection and the workers willingness to answer my questions about my system. He did a thorough inspection and explained my system condition to me. The only thing I noticed that I didn’t like was he left a lot of dirty hand prints on my white attic crawl space area and left insulation on my floor, but other than that, the service was excellent.

We purchased their service agreement last year. The service employee up dated our furnace drip pan took pictures to show his work up in our attic before and after. Replaced our attic fan in was 20 years old.changed our filter. This year the service employee looked at our AC, it was in great working condition. He changed our filter. Both employee were polite, professional, explained all work that was done in a timely manner. At My rental property last year the thermostat suddenly quit working after 20 years in the heat of the summer. Their rapid response got the AC in working condition.

We have been using Paso Heating & Air since 2008. Reciently we noticed that there was a water leak, but couldn't determine its location. Paso Heating & Air also has a plumbong service so I called them to investigate. Their plumber, Wayne Murphy, arrived and quickly determined that the leak was on the line between the meter and the house. He gave us a reasonable estinate and started that day to fix the problem. Permits were needed and it took about a week for the work to be completed. I plan to be at the house after Christmas and hopefully the county inspector will have approved the job. They did a professional job and I would recommend Paso Heating and Air & Plumbing to anyone.

I was able to get an appointment right away, our technician Reeve was really nice and took care of our issue quickly. Highly recommend him and this company, will continue using them for our HVAC needs!

Well put aside the fact that they sold us a much bigger system than our house needed and at a higher price than the norm, they didn’t include surge protectors for the attic furnace nor the outdoor AC system. I can’t get a charging station for a hybrid or EV auto installed at our house because the dang systems tap out all the carrying capacity of our electric lines. We would have to install new lines to the house from PG& E at a lovely price of 15k! Also now every time we use the mega AC unit all our lights dim for a second! They sold this to elders in their 90s, really terrible to take advantage. And their maintenance package cost are far beyond reasonable prices, charging over $300 for a $70 part plus labor! With that said the maintenance workers are very nice, polite professionals that perform their work with skill and efficiency. So there’s that.

I have used Paso Robles Heating and Air for several years and they installed both my A/C and furnace in 2018. I have used them every year since to inspect my HVAC system and their technicians are very good, arrive on time and are respectful of my house. I highly recommend them

I have used this company for many years and they have been okay during that time. However, recently I have been left vastly disappointed. In the last two times I have tried to use them I have had:
Time 1: rescheduled because the tech called out. I was notified at around 2pm. I took the day off work for this and didn't get notified until so late in the day. Eventually got rescheduled but had to take another day off work

Time 2: rescheduled because the tech got caught up at another job. Couldn't work with the next day I was available because it was "booked". So had to take a half day off work for a new appointment which the tech called out and wasn't notified until 3pm that they called out

Its very frustrating taking multiple days off/wasting my entire day waiting for someone to show, only to be told towards the end of the day they aren't showing. Then not working around my schedule to make it work. Very disappointing.

On 12-2-2025 I received a HVAC maintenance from Manual,
the service Technician from Paso Robles HAC on my two
Heating Units (one in my house attic and one in my Granny House Attic). He was very competent and very professional.
His performance was excellent, 10 out of 10 stars.

Literally the best service I have ever received from any type of technician/repair/ maintenance! I had no idea that it would be customer service but they were very communicative told me what was going on asked if I had any questions and fixed the problem same day. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable. I would absolutely use them again, 10/10!

Have had my heating system serviced by Paso Robles Heating ever since I purchased a new unit six or seven years ago. I call them each year around November for this maintence. They are always on time and do a great job and so far, my unit is running without any problem.

🚨 Paso Robles Plumbing, Heating & Air lied to me, destroyed my bathroom, left mold in my home, and then tried to cover it up. 🚨

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. My experience has been nothing but lies, damage, and gaslighting — and it’s still ongoing.

    ⸻

    The Scam From Day One

I told their salesman, Bill, the only spot I wanted my AC unit. He promised it was “100% possible” — but only if I paid thousands extra for a special “space saver” model. I agreed, only because he guaranteed that placement.

On install day? Bait-and-switch. The crew told me it couldn’t go there and without asking, dropped it in the middle of my yard and walkway. When I complained, they refused to swap it for the cheaper model, saying I was “locked in” to the expensive one.

    ⸻

    Sloppy Work & Property Damage

The installation looked like amateurs did it:
    • They ran wires over a trellis I told them was being torn down, then tried to charge me extra to move them.
    • They bent the coils on my brand-new unit and never fixed them.
    • They cut random holes into my siding and even into my bedroom wall — then smeared silicone over them like that was a repair.

    ⸻

    The Bathroom Collapse

On June 29, my 70-year-old grandfather fell through our bathroom floor because water damage had rotted it out. My contractor uncovered the truth: the AC unit had been pouring water into the walls for months due to a botched install.

Floors, walls, insulation — destroyed. Mold everywhere.

    ⸻

Admitted Fault… Until They Saw the Bill

Their own technician inspected it, admitted it was 100% their fault, took pictures, and promised damages would be covered. The install manager, Mike, said the same.

But once I submitted the invoices, everything changed.

    ⸻

    Holly’s Web of Excuses

The office manager, Holly, started stacking excuses:
    • “Too many contractors” — I only had two, working together.
    • “Your remodel is so extensive” — I’m just doing a backyard refresh, new floors, and cabinets painted. Nothing touching AC lines.
    • “New siding must have clogged it” — my siding hasn’t been touched since 1979.

When those lies failed, she denied Wighton’s (their sister company under Pipedreams) was even affiliated — despite public lawsuits proving otherwise.

Two independent companies, Wighton’s and Bee Right There Plumbing & Air, both confirmed it was Paso Robles Plumbing, Heating & Air’s bad install. Holly didn’t care. She only cared about avoiding the bill.

    ⸻

    The Aftermath

    Because of their negligence:
    • My 70-year-old grandfather was injured.
    • My bathroom was gutted by water and mold.
    • My insulation collapsed and is now infested with rats.
    • I’ve been left without a shower or bathroom for weeks.

And this company’s answer? Lie, deny, and try to stick me with the cost.

    ⸻

    ⚠️ FINAL WORD:
Paso Robles Plumbing, Heating & Air (and their sister company Wighton’s) are dishonest, sloppy, and dangerous. They’ll bait you with false promises, wreck your home, and then gaslight you with excuse after excuse.

This is the most corrupt, unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. If you value your home, your health, or your sanity: DO NOT HIRE THEM.
