Jeff and Nelson did an awesome job installing a new porch light and vanity light fixture in my bathroom. They also replaced the dimmer switch in my dining room as well a plug and switch in my bathroom. I will definitely have them back the next time I need electrical work done.

I had a really big problem because of mistakes made by an appliance installer. It left me without electricity to half the house and wondering sbout safety. Jeff and his partner came out to fix our gate lights that shorted out in the rain. He found the short and rewired a couple of outlets and replaced the breaker. They came on the same day. We called late in the evening and did excellent work.

Jeff and Nelson came out to do the initial load calculations for a Tesla Charger installation and for removing an unused high amp outlet in the back of our garage. The outlet was removed and after more inspection, the wiring in the junction box was also the wiring routed to our gazebo in our backyard. There was electrical installed 15 years ago for a bar and outdoor kitchen but it was not up to code and at risk of faulting. Jeff and Nelson were able to locate the wiring underground and was able to replace the outlets and remove all unused wire. It was very impressive.

I have the Tesla installation scheduled with them in the next few weeks and I am very excited for it.

I would recommend them to anyone I know. They work according to code, and made our family feel comfortable and trusting that the work will be done correctly!

Jeff and his assistant came and fixed a pretty serious issue today (small fire yesterday out of an outlet). I was worried he might charge more on the weekend and he doesn’t. It was done within an hour and just like is mentioned on all the other reviews, he really is good at explaining things. I wish we knew of him when we had our house rewired last year.

If you’re a perfectionist, Jeff Frayer of Frayer Electric Inc. is your guy. Jeff and his team was easy to communicate with, very patient and left no stone unturned. They didn’t expect such a detailed job with the assembly and installation. Neither did I, until they opened the boxes. Yikes!!! However, as challenging as it was, they took their time to make sure every step was done correctly.

Along with working with 12ft ceilings, the chandelier was over 50lbs. They had to crawl into the attic to replace the existing electrical ceiling box to a new one and add a 2x4 to carry the weight, to say the least. In addition, each crystal had to be placed in a certain order — almost like a puzzle. It took some time, but they got it done. Amazing job!!!
