I cannot say enough positive things about Luis + his workers. I have had my share of contractors + workers and will admit, Luis + his crew @ Form + Functions have remained top tier. The work was done clean, professional, efficient + priced well. The part that makes me have the most faith in Luis in particular: is we actually ran into complications that had myself quite stressed. I can become firm when things start to go awry, and it’s easy for most people to meet that energy negatively. Luis was nothing but patient, professional, thorough + commutative. He took time to effectively listen to me + I truly felt heard + responded to. I appreciate you Luis, truly. I want nothing but success for him + his company. My neighbors and I all agree that he is one of the best. Do yourself a favor + contact him today!

They installed a paver patio for me and they did a great job. It’s beautiful. I’m planning on having them do more projects in my backyard for me soon.

Recommendation

We loved working with Luis and his team for our backyard design and construction. He helped us create a beautiful garden that thoughtfully meets all of our needs: hosting barbecues, relaxing outdoors, and playing with our son and dog outside. Highly recommend Form & Function for your landscaping needs — we’ll definitely be reaching out for any future projects!

Luis was thoughtful and thorough when scoping the project; he helped us identify different strategies for approaching our retaining wall and feel confident that we were making the right decision for the long-term as new home owners. While others provided a high-level quote, Luis’ detailed-oriented approach ensured we wouldn’t be surprised by unforeseen costs while offering a very fair price for the project scope and timeline. He helped us align the project scope to our budget while maintaining our creative vision, He also helped us think through features that would help us enjoy our garden more in the future, like running electrical for future lighting.

Luis was an excellent communicator across the project. He checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with the progress and quality. As a mom of a newborn, I really appreciated how proactive and thoughtful Luis was in sharing the project schedule; for example, we were able to time our hardscaping demolition with our travel to avoid any interruptions for my baby’s sleep schedule.

Luis’s team was equally respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. I appreciated how much care they showed for our property and garden. Though we had unexpected atmospheric rain storms, we finished the project on time without having to work in unsafe conditions or unsuitable weather.

Overall, we’re so grateful to have had Luis’s expertise on this project — and a garden we’ll love for years to come!

They did a great job! Super easy to work with, we had a lot of ideas we wanted and they made it all happen exactly the way we imagined and stayed within our budget! We’re very satisfied!

Rodrigo, the owner of Muniz Lawn Care & Maintenance, performed the first-time cleanup of our property himself! He did such a great job that we decided to retain his services on a bi-weekly basis! He offers premium services at good prices!
