Our upstairs air conditioner of 30 years died. We called the next day and they came same day and repaired our unit. They didn’t try to sell us a new unit. Replaced motor and fan. The fan was rusted to the motor due to another service tech from warranty company doing an interesting job. I have to say this company exceeded my expectations and got us up and running. Fantastic family owned business. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic experience with Mike P. and his Trainee technician. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Not only did they handle the approved repairs efficiently, but they also went above and beyond by checking for leaks, topping off the Freon, and even cleaning the vent—even though it wasn’t visibly dirty. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job right. Highly recommend!

Mike and his team are a very unique combination of passion, hard work and technical capability. The care and attention to detail Aire-Tech put into my new HVAC system way surpassed my high expectations, which is such a testament to the quality of the service this team provides. Outstanding! Prompt and very thorough. Explained in detail what the problem was and how it can be repaired. After completing the initial work, stayed and checked the system to insure no additional problems will arise. I would recommend the company and technicians for anyone.

Rinsed filters.
Verified that there was zero CO measured inside the air vent.
Rinsed outdoor unit.
Verified that power on motors was good and capacitor was good.
Verified that the AC was cooling and system was heating.
Found and cleared condensate drain clog from the bathroom sink.

AireTech comes twice a year for HVAC & A/C system Maintenance. I've always had great service and system suggestions to maximize the usage and efficiency.

The owner, Mike, and Dennis did an incredible job installing our ductless mini-split air conditioning/heating system. In one day (yes, ONE DAY because they really hustle!!), they installed a 4-zone system for our living room and 3 bedrooms. We had a wall heater and no air conditioning in our older home and now I have remote controlled air conditioning and heating throughout. They were super professional and reasonably priced—you will get the very best quality product and installation from them. Thank you so much, Mike—you and your crew are truly the best!!

Also the customer service on the telephone was a nice lady, scheduling and sending text with appointment straight away. The tech called me short before the appointment, made sure I know his face and name (with text) and when he will arrive (link with navigation).
