Gregory's attention to detail and commitment to doing a job right the first time is what continues to impress me. Don't expect underbidding followed by change orders here. Expect transparency, integrity, and high quality work.

Greg did an amazing job on our dream kitchen along with a major house remodel. He manages all details of a project meticulously

Greg Rocha and team did a fantastic emergency repair job on recent storm damage which caused a broken drainpipe and sink hole near our driveway. Driveway needed to be dug up, pipes had to be replaced, and a catch basin rebuilt. He checked other drainage for us as well.

Greg and his crew have gone far and beyond on a few projects I have had. His experience and skills in the field have not only surpassed my expectations, he has shown me what quality craftsmanship should look like.

Greg has applied unprecedented detail to each job he has done for our house, providing outstanding communication and craftsmanship from start to finish. The work product is always top notch!

This was a really rough job for me, and thanks to Rocha & Sons staff, and their persistence, we made it through as best we could. I had a county issued citation I needed to fix, and struggling through their bureaucracy was a royal pain. People not returning calls, avoiding emails etc. made me miss my first deadline, and I gave up all hope of doing this myself. Contacted the pros, and they got it done. They still had to deal with people not returning calls or emails, but they persisted. We finally got the permit, paid for the traffic control fees, and they started work. Pleasant crew on the job, easy to talk to, discussing what was needed, did their best to be as unobtrusive as possible while breaking up and moving concrete, and compacting base rock. I was able to do my work from home meetings without a problem, except my own curiosity. Near noon on the 2nd day, the head guy says he will try to finish today, instead of taking the estimated third day, which would save me from paying for another day of traffic control. (Yeah) Little things went well. They forgot a hose, and asked it they could borrow mine, rather than lose an hour running back to the yard to get one. At the end of the job, it was curled up waiting for me to move it back. This job was quoted and agreed to before the huge jump in gas prices, but due to delays getting permits, we didn't start 'til much later, and the owner contacted me, and we worked out a reasonable price change (at least in my opinion), I hope he thought so too.

All in all, good people to work with, from the people in the office to the guys running the excavators. Will be my first call if I need to do more earthwork.

We can vouch 100% for Greg Rocha and his team. He saved our house construction project, after we had to fire our original contractor. Greg is honest, hardworking, and genuinely a decent human being.

I have used Greg Rocha and his team a few times to repair dry rot issues and replace windows on my coastside home. Greg was always clear and detailed on the work required and pricing, and his team always did a meticulous job with the work.

I have seen the quality of Greg Rocha's construction work throughout several properties here on the coast. The finish work is excellent. He pays attention to details and has solutions for problems that may arise during construction process. I would recommend Greg Rocha for remodeling or a home addition
