Constraction reviews in Petaluma, California

I’m SO glad I found JBV for a gutter cleaning along with gutter covers. I had been quoted by others with outrageous prices which made me postpone the job for years. I finally decided to bite the bullet and get the job done and thankfully I stumbled in JBV. The prices were incredibly fair, upfront and explained to me in detail. No predatory pricing here! The job was done expertly and prompt. I’m so happy I don’t have to think about my super dirty and clogged rain gutters anymore! JBV is a fantastic and fair business. I cannot suggest them any more highly!

I am highly satisfied with the service provided by JBV Cleaning Services. The roof looks significantly cleaner and fresher, exceeding my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend JBV Cleaning Services to anyone in need of reliable and effective cleaning services.

Have booked them for gutter and solar panel cleaning. Install protection around the panels.Job was exceptional.Fast and Professional. Rates are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

This summer, my neighbor had hired JBV Maintenance Solutions to clean their gutters. Then the rains came and one gutter was overflowing between zero lot line houses. I was the neighbor and worried about all the water pouring off the roof. A call was made to JBV, and they were out the next day. Took a look as to why the gutter was overflowing, and discovered a couple pieces of old roof tile had come lose and slid into the gutter drain. They were wonderful and a lesson to replace an old roof for more reasons than just a leak.
Thank you, JBV Maintenance Solutions. You solved another problem and I know who I'm going to call to get my gutters cleaned.

We had a wonderful experience with Hullisses installing the gutters on our pergola and patio.

During the estimating process, he was extremely responsive with prompt messages.

The installation took place on time, with no issues, and the work is beautiful. (How often can you call gutters beautiful??)

Highly recommended!!!!!

I recently hired JBV Cleaning Services for power washing the siding of our building and driveway. They were extremely punctual, delivered exceptional results, and their pricing was fair. Hullisses and his team went above and beyond, surpassing my expectations.

Hullesses did a great job cleaning our gutters and providing pictures as he worked and after the work was completed. He answered all of my questions and was polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. Most importantly we feel well prepared for the coming rainy season. Thank you Hullesses!

I hired JBV Cleaning Services to clean my roof with power washing and clean the gutters. They also fixed broken tiles. The work was great, communication was clear, they were on time, and the price was fair. I highly recommend!

I called with an emergent need for moss removal due to my homeowners request or cancellation. They arrived the same day with a consult. Within two days they were able to do the job. They did an amazing job. My insurance was happy and canceled my cancellation. A+ work. They cleaned up after themselves and my roof looks amazing! Just look at the before and after photo.

Hullisses and his crew from JBV Maintenance Solutions did an excellent job taking out my old roof gutter screens and installing new ones. They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company!

I was very happy with the work performed by JBV Maintenance solutions. My gutters which had been choked with leaves were thoroughly cleaned and filters installed. The work was performed quickly and efficiently and the price was reasonable. Hullisses and his team were a pleasure to work with!

Hullisses was called to do the siding on our house and did such a great job on this 85 year old house that it now looks 25. He also did my sister-in-laws so now they look like twins. Very fair pricing and about 2 &1/2 hours for both houses. Will call him again! Highly recommend him and his young helper.

I recently had my roof and gutters serviced by JBV Maintenance Solutions. Hullisses was very thorough. He inspected and provided all the photos before the service and followed up with photos after the service. All the areas were cleaned and treated as promised. No mess left behind! Pricing was also reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, Hullisses!

Hullisses and his crew were terrific! They cleaned our gutters, installed screens, and fabricated and installed a new stretch of gutter with a downspout—all in just a few hours. Their bid was far and above the most reasonable of the three that we received. Hullisses is a skilled craftsman who can use his carpentry skills when some extra care needs to be taken with an installation detail. And the crew comes on time and does the work they promise. The contract was clear, straightforward, and detailed. And Hullisses is amply insured. I am recommending him to my neighbors!

JBV came out today to clean my gutters and they did a great job! They sent before and after photos and were friendly and professional. They checked that my gutters didn’t leak at all, cleaned the debris from my roof as well, and reattached a downspout that had become unattached. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

Reached out for gutters cleaning, repair, and leaf guards installation.

Super fast response from free consultation, estimates, and all the way till finishing repair work. There was plenty to do but everything was done quickly and a clean job. Even shared before & after picture.

Awesome service and very reasonable pricing. Absolutely recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Elias and Huillesses at JBV Maintenance and highly recommend them. Elias did an outstanding job pressure washing my house and walkway, cleaning and repairing my gutters, and adding gutter extensions where they were needed.

Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. They took their time to do everything carefully and thoroughly, and the results look amazing.

My home is an older Victorian, and their experience and expertise with older homes was truly invaluable. They understood exactly what needed to be done and handled everything with great care.

It is not easy to find contractors who are this reliable and detail-oriented. I would absolutely hire them again, and would highly recommend them. This isn’t a contractor you need to think twice about working with, as their work and dependability are the best of the best.

We have employed this company twice to paint 2 different homes. We are very pleased with their attention to detail and to our personal requests. Both jobs were excellently finished.
