Update: Bill's crew installed two new ceiling light fixtures .. required attic access and some manuevering. They did an excellent job. Happy with their work. Bill's estimate was on target, not surprise.
Bill has been to our home several times to fix wonky things that happen in an old house; and, install new outlets inside and outside. Bill makes sure he is clear on what the client wants, sends a written estimate so there are no ugly surprises. On the day of the work; he walks the job with his crew so they are clear on what needs to be completed. The crew do a fine job and great clean up. All are polite, conscientious and communicate clearly. One time Bill responsed quickly when I had a bit of an emergency. He could not fix it that day (parts, time etc.) but as soon as possible he took care of that one personally. He also answers my many questions and doesn't take offense to questions. Bill is highly recommended.

Bill, Aaron, David and Anthony resolved the problem we had with the microwave and oven not working. Their team also identified a couple of hazardous conditions of which we were unaware. The repairs were made and their invoice was lower than expected. I highly recommend B. Henry’s Quality Electric Inc. and plan on contacting them in the future for outdoor lighting. I can't speak highly enough of Bill Henry. We had an electrical emergency and got connected with Bill, who gave us absolutely stellar advice and a referral to a solid electrician since he could not personally come out to help us out because all of his electricians were tied up. Nevertheless, given our tenuous electrical situation, over the subsequent 2 days he called us multiple times each day to see how things were going with the electrician he referred us to, give us advice on our situation and suggesting how to future proof our house electrically (and all of this done for free, no less!). We are deeply grateful for Bill's professionalism and conscientious actions under some pretty stressful circumstances and wouldn't hesitate to call him for future electrical work. He is a class act.

These guys are super friendly and courteous. They did a great job at a fair price. Everything from scheduling a time to come out and look at what we needed done to a detailed estimate and high quality work (careful set up and clean up too).

Bill (owner) sent our estimate promptly and worked very nicely with our schedules. Aron came out and scoped the job plus came with the 2 technicians on the work day to ‘turn over’ to them (so sorry I for forgot their names because they did a terrific job).

We have the same great opinion of Bill and his team. I can’t say enough about what a great job they do at very reasonable prices. As I said before, I wouldn’t use any other electrician; these guys are the best.

Bill is a great electrician and all the people that work for him are all excellent and have the same work ethic. Bill has personally done lots of work for us and for my son and his family. We would never go to anyone else. Just last week he sent over two guys, Rigo
and Ryan and they were wonderful.

Bill and his crew are always on time, personable, respectful of your space and do an excellent job and never overcharge.

We highly recommend B Henry's Quality Electric; we are always happy with the work completed. It was a challenge to get our new ceiling fan working properly, and we appreciate the time they took to solve the problem. Bill checks in to make sure the job went smoothly and to let him know he's always available for a consult. His crews are polite, and you can tell they want to do the best job possible. Also, we had just had our bedroom carpet cleaned, and the crew wore shoe covers. They definitely deserve the name "Quality Electric."

Bill has always bent over backwards to help me out with electrical challenges no matter how busy he is with all his other customers. Most recent Bill worked very hard to get my solar upgraded to try and meet the cut off date for the 30% rebate. Unfortunately thru my fault we didn't make the deadline.

When I reached out to B Henry, I received prompt response and got an appointment easily. The electrician who came was super nice, efficient and was able to complete all the repairs in one visit. I think the amount charged was fair as well. I would use B Henry again when the need arises.

Aron was great. We had a long list of items and he was able to troubleshoot every one of them. We've had other electricians out to the house who weren't half as helpful. And as a bonus, he was great with our dogs (one of whom is very bossy), even bringing his own dog treats. Tina was super friendly and got us booked asap. Will be using B. Henry's from here on out.

Bill was excellent! He was already very knowledgeable with EV chargers and took extra time to look up my specific car make and model. He even called the dealership to help me adjust the charging settings and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He truly went above and beyond. This was a huge relief after a previous electrician charged me and didn’t actually fix the issue. Honest, thorough, and professional—highly recommend Bill for any EV charger needs!!
