This is flaky operation.
2 months ago they gave an estimate to do a job, we agreed. They showed up to do the job, but Jerry told me they were short handed and will return next month. Now they tell me that they are too busy to do my job.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Called because my Cat had been stuck in a tree for 3 days. Just wanted to know if they do that or not, was totally fine if they didn't. Message relayer said they would call me right back, never did.

Jerry came out to meet & discuss the job. He was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done and explained in detail the action needed. Based on this interaction, I was confident in his companies ability and skills to perform the job as stated. He was highly recommended by several neighbors who used his service. Overall, Jerry & team were prompt, courteous, professional and a delight to interact with. I would highly recommend his company for the qualities stated and also the exceptional service provided.

Very professional company. Jerry, Gerber and Tammy (office manager) were all very easy to deal with. Great customer service. Got the job done timely and perfectly. I had a very large palm tree and many other trees and bushes which were all cut back and looked amazing. Definitely will be a repeat customer

Jerry's Tree Service is a Diamond in the ruff. They are exceptional, above all others. What makes me say that is my recent experience trying to hire a company to trim my tree. It was impossible to get someone to return my call, send an estimate after they came out and no way to get the work done anytime soon. I was refered to Jerry's by a friend who has several properties. I called on a weekend and left a message. I got a quick text letting me know they got my message and would call to schedule with me on Monday. Tami called early Monday morning and gave me the earliest appointment they had one week later
Jerry and his son Jerry showed up exactly when they said they would. We spoke about 20 minutes and 10 minutes later I had an email with estimate. I approved the estimate and two days later they were here on time even a little early. They got right to work, checking with me as they went to make sure I was satisfied. When they finished trimming they did a superb job cleaning up and again made sure I was satisfied with what they did. Once I gave my OK they left. If you need tree service don't hesitate to call Jerry's, their customer service, tree trimming, care is the best. Hard to find this kind of outstanding workmanship these days.

I would definitely recommend Jerry’s Tree Service to anyone in need of tree work. Jerry and his entire crew were friendly, professional, and eager to get the job done. They showed up exactly when they said they would and got right to work. The team handled two very large trees and one smaller tree with no issues and then cleaned up thoroughly. We are very happy with how our trees turned out!

They did a fantastic job on my tree in the front of my house and they even did a little trimming on a tree in back yard and didn't charge me for it recommend them highly.

Great locally-owned company. They were prompt in their estimate. Gave me a fair price to rrmove 2 redwood trees. They worked hard the day of the job and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.
