We replaced our kitchen countertops with a beautiful new ones that made the kitchen look amazing. The whole process of remodeling was very smooth. All of the employees of the company have a lot of experience and know exactly how to do things in a perfect way. Demolition, installation and clean up was handled professionally and with great care. The managers of the compay gave us all the information in a very clear way, easy to understand. We are very happy with our new kitchen.

Glad some people had a positive experience, however we did not.
We purchased tile from them and it was a nightmare - so bad that we almost lost our tile contractor. He has been in the business over 35 years and said he would never do business with them again and be sure to pass that on to his fellow tile workers and customers. He was extremely angry!! THREE times he drove 40 minutes (each way) to the store to pick up tile that he was told would be there only to find it wasn't there. One time he waited close to an hour when the doors were locked and no one would answer the phone.
When the tile was finally there, we had to pick it up ourselves as they would not deliver saying they did not have a truck, which we knew was completely false. When we arrived to pick up, their trucks were sitting in the parking lot. We found them to be unprofessional and dishonest and would NOT recommend. Plenty of other local great shops around.

Highly recommend using Enlighten Kitchen!! Gabriela and Ronald were both so very accommodating and helpful when I purchased kitchen cabinets, quartz countertop, bathroom vanities and flooring for my home remodel. I asked many questions during the purchase process and was given quick, professional responses. The products are of great quality and a good value for the price.

This was our second project with Enlighten. Gabriella, Ron and Mariana provide excellent support throughout the process. Ronald and his crew installed the cabinets promptly and expertly. Most importantly, the project included several unexpected challenges. Chrystal Cabinets, the company that manufactured the cabinets made, in my opinion, three errors that prolonged the installation. One of the drawer fronts was scratched and had to be replaced. The kitchen sink cabinet contained a wooden brace that prevented the installation of a standard nine inch deep sink. Ronald and his crew had to cut out the brace in order for the sink to be installed. Finally, we had ordered two ceiling to countertop cabinets to be installed on either side of the other, new wall cabinets. However, the doors on the long cabinets were a half inch longer than the other doors and therefore the doors did not line up top to bottom. Chrystal Cabinets refused to take responsibility for the doors and so Ronald had to cut the doors to match. He did a perfect job. Throughout all these hiccups, Enlighten remedied each problem with patience making me feel like they had my back throughout.

We highly recommend Enlighten for anyone with a large kitchen remodel.

The quality of the work was excellent……from the installation of the sheetrock, to the interior painting, to the installation of the floors and the carpeting, and the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops……I truly could not be happier with all of the work, and all of the results!

Everything is just beautiful, and shines with true quality……quality of materials, and quality of workmanship. I will always be grateful for the beautiful job that Ronald and his amazing team……Gabino, Victor, Ruben, and Luis, and Abel, who installed the carpet, and the amazing men who so expertly installed the kitchen and bathroom countertops, did to transform my kitchen, family room, bathroom, and laundry room!

We had a dark gray quartz countertop that we wanted to replace with something brighter. Mariana patiently showed us the choices we had and helped us decide. She sent someone to measure to be sure the dimensions were correct. The installers did a great job with expertise and care. They cleaned up well. We are very happy with our new light kitchen countertop and the professional and caring staff of the company.

Let me start off by saying the customer service at Enlighten by far exceeded my expectations. From the moment that I walked in, I was greeted with a lively “good morning and welcome in!” from the receptionist. She then asked how she could help and I informed her that I wanted to remodel my outdated kitchen. Afterwards, Gabriela came out and elaborated the process of a remodel and guided me with her expertise on picking out the right slab for my dream kitchen.

Overall, I will be definitely coming back for my future bathroom remodel and would most definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I would give Ronald and his team a million stars if I could! The whole process and experience was a dream. He first guided us through picking out beautiful materials, all while keeping our eye on the budget. During the build he was incredibly communicative, always sending us pictures and updates and was so quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The workmanship from electrical, to the herringbone backsplash, to the design and installation of cabinets and countertops was all stellar! Not to mention the complete rebuild of our bathroom with stunning tile work and superior work laying all new flooring, repainting nearly the entire house and expertly replacing a sliding glass door back door with an out swinging one. He and his team literally worked around the clock staying at the house until nearly midnight on more than one occasion and we often found them there working throughout the weekend. In the end, everything was gorgeous and went so far beyond our expectations! I will always call Ronald when we have a project and I look forward to recommending him at any chance I get!!

We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Enlighten Kitchen. The first time we went to the showroom Mariana and Gabriela were friendly, helpful and tolerated our 5 yo playing house in their store. There was no pressure at all and we decided to wait several months to continue with the project due to the cost. We went back after several months passed after going to other kitchen stores and again the staff was helpful and patient with us. They allowed us to take several samples home and ordered us samples as well. Our quartz counters and subway tile back splash look amazing and we are so happy with the end result. We would definitely use them again.

The staff at Enlighten are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely. helpful. The workmanship on. our counters is excellent.

Found Enlightened after we looked at a couple of other places. Gabriella was extremely knowledgeable and a very "soft" sell.
She listened and tried to show us what we liked without any attitude. She was very patient.
Their showroom is very clean, neat and organized. Lots to see lots of options! After selecting some products for showers, vanities and kitchen counters, we met Ronald @ MSI showroom.
They really wanted us to see our selections in person. Glad we did.
Ronald.... cannot say enough about him!!! He works so hard to try to show us products that will do well. He tries to please . He is so sweet and kind,
Everything went on time. Gabriella and Ronald are both EXCELLENT with logistics. Returned calls is such a timely fashion.
Every job comes with a couple of hiccups, well, they are so good at addressing the issue immediately and resolving. Their crews were so courteous. I cannot say enough about this "family owned business" I worked in my family business for 48 years..

We love our cabinets from Enlighten! They are good quality, pull out all the way, are soft-close and very quiet. Our new kitchen looks AMAZING!

Gabriela was great to work with. She was very patient and responsive, getting back to us promptly with answers to our questions and changes we wanted to make. She even came out to inspect each phase of the project.

The installation team was quick, friendly, tidy, and punctual!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Enlighten Kitchen countertops. Other companies in the area were trying to sell me countertops like a car salesmen, and not taking much consideration to what I was actually wanting. I was only looking to redo my Island and Ronald was very helpful throughout the whole process. He showed me styles I was looking for and did not pressure me into deciding on the spot. I can’t say enough how great my kitchen island looks and the customer service was just as great. I’ll be back when it’s time to do the bathroom countertops. Thank you!!
