We recently had work done by JBV Cleaning Services. The services included cleaning our roof,solar panels, house, driveway/walkway and replacing the gutters. They also replaced some of our cracked and broken roof tiles and put mesh around the solar panels to keep birds from building nests. The cost of the work was reasonable. I appreciate how they took before and after pictures of the roof and solar panels. It was extremely filthy before they started. What a difference when they finished! They did an excellent job. Hullisses, the owner of the company, was very pleasant and easy to do business with. They showed up on time and did a full days work. I will use their services again and recommend them.

JBV Cleaning Services deserves a ten star rating! I needed to have my gutters cleaned, Hullisses, owner, was immediately responsive and came out and took several photos which he showed me. He suggested services to be done which included gutter/downspout cleaning, sealant/leak repair, and valley cleaning.
The work was scheduled within a couple of days. The JBV crew was professional and did an amazing job! They provided photos of the completed work and it looked like new!
The price was fantastic! Best estimate received from three businesses that I contacted.

This summer, my neighbor had hired JBV Maintenance Solutions to clean their gutters. Then the rains came and one gutter was overflowing between zero lot line houses. I was the neighbor and worried about all the water pouring off the roof. A call was made to JBV, and they were out the next day. Took a look as to why the gutter was overflowing, and discovered a couple pieces of old roof tile had come lose and slid into the gutter drain. They were wonderful and a lesson to replace an old roof for more reasons than just a leak.

They did an amazing job. My insurance was happy and canceled my cancellation. A+ work. They cleaned up after themselves and my roof looks amazing! Just look at the before and after photo.

I was very happy with the work performed by JBV Maintenance solutions. My gutters which had been choked with leaves were thoroughly cleaned and filters installed. The work was performed quickly and efficiently and the price was reasonable. Hullisses and his team were a pleasure to work with!

Hullisses was called to do the siding on our house and did such a great job on this 85 year old house that it now looks 25. He also did my sister-in-laws so now they look like twins. Very fair pricing and about 2 &1/2 hours for both houses. Will call him again! Highly recommend him and his young helper.

Hullisses and his crew were terrific! They cleaned our gutters, installed screens, and fabricated and installed a new stretch of gutter with a downspout—all in just a few hours. Their bid was far and above the most reasonable of the three that we received.
