If you need gutter cleaning Bay Energy Solutions was excellent, Adkins was able to get me in before the next big storm and was quick and reliable, he’s very down to earth and honest, and I would definitely hire him again

From the start I could tell that Adkins was a professional. He was on time, personable, and listened carefully to what I needed. Then, when he understood what my requirements were, he made his recommendations. There wasn’t any pressure, and he didn’t waste my time trying to upsell me on additional services or products that I didn’t want or need. In my experience, professionals like Adkins usually come at a premium, so I was pleasantly surprised when his bids were some of the most competitive. Adkins made picking Bay Energy Solutions out of my pile of bids a no-brainer.

When the day came for the installation, his crew showed up on time. They were all polite, friendly, and answered any questions and resolved any concerns. In all it took them 2 days to remove my existing unit (attic install) and install a new heat pump. The fact that I remember all their names is a testament to how much they impressed me (I’m awful with names, just ask my wife).

When it was all said and done, we came away feeling good about spending as much as we did for the upgrade. And I’m certain that’s NEVER happened before. Ever.

Had our rooftop package unit replaced by Bay Energy Solutions 08/08/2023. Professional and a pleasant experience working with Adkins. He was responsive to any questions / concerns which made for an easy transaction / install. I had a few good quotes from other companies. However, the way Adkins presented himself at our initial meeting made me want to trust him and his team for the job.

Adkins and his team did phenomenal work. They were respectful, steady, and very efficient when they installed two AC units in our two-story home. We had an issue with our oven and Alex, from General HVAC, arrived at the designated time and had the oven working in no time at all. Very satisfied with the service and would recommend. A+!

My AC was leaking for a couple of days, and these guys came to inspect the unit pretty fast. They quickly identified the issue, and just two hours later, my AC was working like new. They changed the filter and cleaned the conditioner from the inside. I’m very pleased with the technician’s professionalism and speed of work. He even put on boot covers when he entered the house, which I appreciated because everything was clean after he left, and I didn't have to do any extra cleaning. The job seemed a bit pricey initially, but after he did a price breakdown, it was super reasonable. Highly recommend!
