I had an issue with my dryer and scheduled an appointment the next day to get it fixed. There was a lot of availability and I was able to get my dryer fixed very quickly. The repair person came on time and explained what the issue was. I’m very happy with the service.

He came to fix a leak in the fridge. Made multiple trips to fix, but couldn't due to internal body damage, which he showed and thoroughly explained to me, Im the end, he only charged me for the initial service call and not the additional labor. I really appreciated his expertise and candor.

This is a fabulous company, when people say they go above and beyond, this is a company that really truly does do that and they are not at all all about the money. Their prices are super fair and in particular Alex, my tech stayed for hours and fixed my furnace when three other people could not fix it. It’s priceless to have a warm house in the morning and he’s a lovely man you will not regret using this company.

Horrible service. Rude technicians after being at my house until almost 9pm problem was not solved. Called and they refused to do a recall.

We called them because our air conditioning went out they sent out a gentleman that works for them he got here on time got right to work found the problem fixed it was extremely professional and enjoyable to be around I would highly recommend using these folks based on my experience

We've used American twice so far, and he has saved us time and money both times. First when the furnace didn't kick on the first cold night in winter, he fixed the ignition thingy, and second when it just died the following year. Anthony was available right away on both occasions so we didn't have to be cold. When the problem was the motherboard (or whatever that's called!) he had one on the truck and was able to fix it the same day. That saved us time and money too and it's working like a champ ever since.
