I called on a Saturday and they had a technician out Monday morning. The technician was very professional. Completed the repair work in about an hour. Service charge was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Alfa Heating and Cooling.

Technician came out to fix AC unit outside. He was on time, professional and a nice man. He worked outside for two hours in 95 degree sweltering heat to fix the problem. Just want his bosses to appreciate all of his efforts, as I certainly do, and all of my experiences with this business has always been very positive. Highly recommend!

I had Alfa remove an existing system that was 35 years old and replace it with a 96% furnace and a 16 seer AC, the crew of 3 technicians did the entire job in one day. Their quality of work was second to none, and I found their price was quite reasonable.

These people are awesome! They fit me in the same day I called when my AC broke. They were on time and honest about what was wrong and very fair price! I will use them for all of my appliance needs and refer them to everyone. What nice people its so hard to find honest company's now a day they always want to sell you more than you need. Also they charge a $30 diagnosis fee that goes toward fixing it where other company's wanted $130 and it didn't go to the repair. I can't say enough nice things about this company but thank them for being great!

Alfa helped me replaced my whole AC, their workers were polite and professional. The owner is very responsive and always able to schedule next day appointment to fix our AC problems. Overall I’m satisfied with their services.

Alfa installed new system in our house, 2 years ago, ie: condenser, heater, blower and had us setup for a dual zone system so upper and lower levels can be controlled separately. The installation went well, the crew was very professional and courteous. They also were very clean.

This system comes with 10 years manufacturer warranty and 3 years labor warranty. The last 2 years some issues did come up (not contractor's fault):
1. An earthquake triggered the gas automatic shutoff.
2. The blower motor was defective, replaced at no cost by the manufacturer.
3. The capacitor blew out (defective), promptly replaced by Alfa at no cost.

The most impressive things for us are how Alfa responded to the issues above. The owner responded the same day, 2 of those issues came up on Fridays late afternoon. The technician came in the next business day. They were even able to install the replacement blower on the Memorial Day.

Keep in mind that all these calls are for warranty issues and they knew they would not make any money of them. If that's not the mark of an excellent customer service, I don't know what is. We will highly recommended Alfa to anybody who needs their residential heating and cooling serviced or replaced!

I wish I could give them a higher rating. My brand new air conditioning unit broke down in the middle of a heat wave, poor air quality from fires, and a global pandemic. My own warranty company couldn't come out for a week, which was consistent timing with all the other companies I tried to get out immediately to fix the issue. I called the owner of Alfa and within 24 hours, he was able to get a tech out to me, and he was so understanding and kind. The tech was on time, super nice, professional, clean, and fast. The entire appointment took 15 minutes. Love this company!

Shaun from Urban City came today to fix our A/c. He was great, efficient and super knowledgeable.
