Receptionist seem a bit disorganized.
I called for appointment and they had it set.
Later about 2 hours I had make a change and now they lost my appointment and said I never called them.
Odd because the field tech texted me that he is on his way which was on the wrong day. I told him it’s not today. Reply was my bad ok . What kinda professionalism is it?

Glad I am not getting the repair done

My oven was not heating properly, which made baking anything very difficult, and I needed fast service. I called them, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Now the oven heats perfectly, and I can bake without any issues. I highly recommend their service!

The receptionist appears a little haphazard. They had it scheduled when I called for an appointment. They misplaced my appointment and claimed I never phoned them after I made a modification around two hours later. Strange because on the incorrect day, the field tech texted me to say he was on his way. It's not today, I informed him. I apologize for my response. What is the level of professionalism?
