Overall a very positive experience. The technician was punctual, worked carefully, and made sure everything was done properly. After the cleaning the dryer runs more efficiently and the airflow is much better.

The technician did a very solid job and paid attention to every detail. He inspected the vent system, removed the blockage, and tested the dryer afterward. Everything is working much better now and drying time has improved a lot. I would definitely recommend this service.

One of the worst companies I’ve come across. Had them for a short period of time and their “employees” were nothing but rude.

Do yourself a service. Do not hire this company as they overcharge and do not use their own employees. All their work is contracted out to other janitorial business owners

Very shady business practice. Representatives call incessantly, and refuse to give any sort of pricing over the phone. I offered the representative the sq ft. of my building, and they insisted the sales rep come out. I expressed my concern for having someone come out give the current standing of the lockdown, and they insisted having someone come out who is in hazmat gear. I did not use their service, this review is strictly on the response I received over the phone.

I wish I could retain their services, and although their rates are fair, I just can't afford professional housekeeping anymore. They understood and were kind enough to release me from my contract. The cleaning itself was so-so, but the cleaner would return to fix any issues if I requested.
