I have had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE with Penguin Heating & Air!!! Everyone in the company is truly here to help and do the best quality work out there! I got the pleasure to work with Juan & Anthony on the first appointment getting my air conditioner and furnace cleaned and tuned up. They were so professional and really took care of my house like I was family. They also kindly replaced my furnace filter in the attic, as well as, cleaning both the air conditioning unit and furnace very thoroughly. In the last step they checked my AC units fluid levels and added any as needed. They also tested the water in my house and spoke to me about the Halo water filtration system that they offer for your house, which I plan to get soon. ☺️ I really appreciated how they showed me before and after pictures of the work they did. It was very helpful for me to understand what was going on. They were also super respectful of my house and wore booties over their shoes when they came inside to get to my furnace in the attic.

On the second appointment I had the pleasure of meeting Zef and Pablo they were here to help me with maintenance on my water heater. And guess what… They brought me and my fam DONUTS 🍩 from Zombee Donuts! 🍩 Wow I was so shocked and happy it was such a pleasant surprise. 🥳🤩 They got right to work and cleaned/ drained out my water heating tank then checked to make sure I didn’t have any issues. Everything was looking good so I didn’t need any work, which is such a relief to hear. And they showed me before and after pictures of their work so I feel confident that my water heater will be in working order for the rest of the year. They also offer a monthly subscription service ($19.99/month), that I signed up for, that includes a bunch of benefits throughout the year to keep your home running in tip top shape! I also get a discount off any services rendered from the company if needed. In my opinion it was a great deal and something I didn’t want to turn down. It’s so hard to find a company that actually has your best interests at heart, treats you like family, listens to your concerns, and is always there to help. Penguin Heating & Air IS THAT COMPANY! I am so glad I have them in my life to help me whenever I need it. And the best part is they do more than just heating and air!
