Janitorial reviews in Placentia, California

Horrible experience 😪

I needed my kitchen cleaned. Deep cleaning. She was on time. Reasonable price. Took a few hours and my kitchen was good as new. I'm definitely gonna hire her back to clean the rest of my house.

I am new homeowner and previous owners were smokers and owned pets. T.T. OC Services came to the rescue! They did a deep-cleaning and even cleaned my walls! Now I have NO pet or smoke smell.... they left my house smelling like a lovely citrus field! I will definitely be calling them for my future services! Thank you again T.T. OC Services!

I rarely take time to review anything but I felt compelled to share about my experience with T.T. Services. I’m a business owner always in search of quality and exceptional service. T.T. Services is second to none. After meeting with Tiffany I was convinced I’d made the right choice. She went over all my different options and services T.T. Services could provide. Timely, professional, and thorough, I couldn’t be happier and T.T. Services now is my exclusive provider for all my home and business needs.

I recently moved and needed a move-out cleaning. Tiffany was so professional, early, and asked questions regarding specific areas of my home. Very respectful of boundaries and my privacy. Could not be happier with her services and definitely will be using her services again. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a cleaning service.

Never answered the phone

Amazing services!

Had them do our office and was very pleased with their service. Highly recommended

This crew gets things done! Our facility was in a bind and needed a DEEP cleaning done ASAP. Jon and his crew knocked it out the park.

I was in the market for a new Janitorial service for my office building and found DMS. SO happy to have chosen DMS for my building. They do such an amazing job with the offices. They have great attention to detail that gets all the nooks and crannies cleaned. I never had to worry about finding a dusty corner or worrying about the health of the people in my building. They clean VERY well and makes sure they wipe down all surfaces, including making sure that the trash receptacles are cleared. THANK YOU FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB!! I definitely recommend this company.

Hired them for our 4 sites and they continue to do good work. They are professional and handle our daily duties efficiently

This team from DMs and Jhon get everything done in our facilities, professional and timely manner. great job thank you for all service you and your team offered and doing for us.

DMS Janitorial is one of the most professional janitorial companies I could’ve ever hired for my facility. All of the service done is thorough and timely, and Jon and Brandon have always been very responsive to questions I have asked. I would highly recommend DMS if you’re in the market for a high-quality commercial cleaning service.

We've used DMS Janitorial for about 3 years now and we have no complaints.
Brandon and his team have been super responsive, with last minute items we forget to order, ready to help when a situation comes up.
The cleaning is well done and you can tell they take pride in their work.
I've referred them to our corporate office and would recommend to anyone looking for a great cleaning crew.

I couldn’t be happier with DMS! We have been using them for YEARS at my place of work and their janitorial service is an incredible value, and the team is always friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I appreciate how reliable and consistent they are, and I truly feel like I’m in good hands. Highly recommend DMS to anyone looking for quality service at a great price!
