Dishonest charging for extra hours worked - dishonest about the work that was done AND wouldn’t fix the bill until I showed video footage, unprofessional foul language and when one plumber doesn’t know how to fix something, they send more experienced plumbers but yet charge you by the hour for EACH plumber that shows up. I won’t use them again.

David was on time and went above the job requirement doing it all with a positive, friendly attitude. Highly recommend him!

David came out right on time and gave a very reasonable estimate. Even though the repair took longer, he honored the original estimate. EXCELLENT SERVICE !!!

David came to our house to fix our water heater.He arrived as scheduled and talked very politely to me.He fixed the problem with our water heater and explained about the issues.I'm very satisfied with his work and surely will recommend him to my friends. David I gave you two thumbs up.

My home warranty plan sent Ciro Plumbing to my home to repair a plumbing problem. If you have ever dealt with contractors sent by a home warranty plan, then you already know that, more often than not, those contractors are "iffy," at best. That was my experience the last time the home warranty sent a plumber to my house, and that guy tried to scam me by claiming that the plumbing problem wasn't covered by the home warranty plan. My experience with Ciro Plumbing & Heating was the exact opposite.

I was so impressed with the entire experience from start to finish, that I literally sat down to start writing this review 10 seconds after the plumber, David, left my house. Right from start, I was impressed by how quickly I was contacted by Ciro to set the appointment. I put in the claim online late one evening, and Ciro called me the very next morning (the last home warranty plumber took about 3 days to contact me). Once the appointment was set, I immediately received a professional text confirmation. This morning, I got another text notification and a personal call from David letting me know that he was about 10 minutes away.

Thankfully, the problem was not as bad as I had feared, and David took the time to explain what was happening, and he asked all the right questions that helped him immediately diagnose the problem. Even the small hole that he had to cut in my drywall was so much more precise and neat than the last plumber who had to cut into my wall. David was very polite and patient in answering all of my questions.

I can't recommend this company enough. In fact, I will now be contacting them soon to do some other non-warranty plumbing work in my condo. That's the best part about my whole experience. Even though this specific problem was very minor, I'm glad that it led to me being introduced to this company so I can use them for all my future plumbing & heating needs.

Called them up at 2pm had my kitchen sink unclogged by 3:30pm. They came on time and got to work. They are very affordable. They even gave me a discount when I did not have the exact change. Highly recommended.

0 stars would be more accurate. Murphy and Sons have scheduled a visit, not shown up, and rescheduled no less than half a dozen times, with no prior notice given. Completely frustrating, time wasting, and unprofessional.

They have no set prices. They just try to get the highest amount they can get for a given job. If you balk at their first estimate, they lower the cost. If you still balk, they lower it again. But then the father of the business family overrides the son’s estimate. “Shady” is the best word to describe their business practices.

We had a stubborn sewer backup that another company couldn’t fix, but these plumbers solved it on the first visit. Professional, courteous, and very skilled at what they do.

Our pipes were leaking inside the walls, and the plumber tracked down the problem in minutes. He repaired the issue carefully and gave helpful advice to prevent future leaks. Honest and efficient service.
