I had the top of a redwood fall onto a neighbor’s roof, doing major damage. Interviewing several arborists, Dan was by far the most organized, positive individual, woth plenty of experience. Once hired, he had organized a crew to not just remove the hazard tree, but two others that had potential safety issues, in addition, his crew thinned out two other redwoods. The crew showed up as arranged, got to work, and with 5 hours 3 trees- one over 120’ tall- were removed within the confines of our two hoses. Ever see a tree lifted by a crane?!?

Removed a 100+ foot tall Coast Redwood located much too close to my home with absolute surgical precision. The crew arrived at approximately 8:30am and was finished with removal as well as clean up by 1:00pm. Amazing efficiency and level of considerateness to my neighbors.

Called Daniel Hovarter Tree Service looking for a quote to cut down 2 Giant Grey Pines on my property. Since they were leaning at an extreme angle I wasn’t confident in my ability to cut them down myself, since my chainsaw didn’t have a long enough bar to safely do the job. He called back promptly, quoted an extremely competitive price-arrived promptly and got the trees down quickly and safely. Glad I had him do the work-he made it look easy!

Daniel arrived on time, inspected the work to be done and provided a very attractive cost estimate. He was interested in putting an available crew to work. He immediately mobilized his team and had all five of the trees I wanted removed gone in a jiffy. The workers did a nice cleanup job. I was quite happy.

We had some large trees come down in winter storms on our property & I had seen Daniel’s crew working on the property behind us last year. Other contractors lacked the manpower & equipment to do the job right, so we hired them. Daniel walked the property with me & offered feedback on several trees on our 5 acre lot before submitting a bid. The crew showed up on time a few days later & did a wonderful job, quickly cutting, clearing & hauling away the massive downed trees, taking down another vulnerable one & thinning a huge oak to keep it healthy. I was I impressed and highly recommend them.

We’ve hired Daniel for a couple jobs and would continue to use them. We love how professional their service is. This is not a clean job and I swear my yard looks better AFTER they leave. Daniel and team did a great job taking down large Oak trees on our hillside. The team is professional and work together to get the work done correctly the first cut. My husband and I have fallen our own trees in the past, and we're in awe of watching this team work and the space they opened up in our backyard is awesome and definitely will help with fire prevention. Highly recommend this company and we plan to hire them again in the future.

I needed a tree removed over a pump house to get my well fixed. Two day notice, returned my call right away, showed up within an hour to review the job, scheduled in two days. The crew was great, professional dropping the pieces away from the structure, I had them do some other work at the same time. Trimmed another tree that now looks really good. Cleaned everything up with care. I will be using them in the future for work I can't do or don't have time to do.
