Our technician ( Mark) very knowledgeable and knew the problem of our LG Dryer before showing up. Came prepared with all necessary parts to avoid any delays for everyone. Showed me the problem roller which had frozen up.

Mark came out this afternoon to repair my 10 year old LG gas dryer. After dissembling the dryer he quickly saw the thermostat was fried. He had a replacement part in his vehicle and in 15 minutes my dryer was back to working great. I'll definitely use Mark again for my regular maintenance.
