Placed an order for online pickup. Easy process to place order and received an email within a few hours that the item was ready. Drive 30 minutes to go pickup order and ir side pickup was simple. Employee brought item out to my car in the rain and put in the car. When I brought it home my handyman indicated that they gave me the wrong pieces so unfortunately I will have to return some of them. Aside from that the process to pickup was easy.

Went in to the store with my contractor to shop for my bathroom remodel. Ran right up to closing with us setting up a purchase order (PO) for tile under the assurance from staff that the items were in stock and would be reserved and held in will call. (The PO had 2 large tile styles and penny tiles for the floor.)
I returned the next day around 11am to pay and was told "the tile isn't here". I was livid and left. What's the purpose of a PO if they don't have the items?
I called the Oakland store and was immediately put on hold, then ignored for over an hour. While on hold, I drove back to the Concord store hoping they'd able to secure the tile in Oakland. Finally, a sales associate was helpful - thank you, Lucas! (The star is all for him.) He rechecked the PO and found 2 of 3 tiles were in stock IN HIS STORE and pulled them for me. He contacted Oakland and confirmed the 3rd tile was available there and would be ready for pick up when I arrived. Off I went to Oakland. When I arrived, the tile wasn't ready, not even pulled from the floor.
Between being lied to about product availability to being ignored on the phone, I would not trust this store again. If you must shop there, do not walk out of the store without your items.

Lauren from Pleasant Hill store was super helpful. I wanted a specific tile and she helped me to figure out the nearest store (Stockton) where tile was available, spoke to the Stockton store to reserve a box of tile for me as store inventory was very low, helped me in placing the order @ Stockton store and refunded my original order that i had place @ pleasant hill location. She truly went above and beyond to help. Thanks a lot Lauren!!!!!
