I recently had a heat pump installed and was pleased with the results. The installation process went smoothly and the team of Roman and Timur were very professional. The heat pump is working very efficiently, providing consistent heat and I have already noticed a significant reduction in my energy bills. Overall, I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering installing a heat pump.

The crew - Vlad, Vlad, and Ivan are excellent, and the most careful and detailed people I've met. They did an amazing job with this multi room mini split in difficult to install locations. Jeff was amazing as well - he spent a lot of time with me to understand how I would use AC and heat so that the mini split was sized appropriately and placed in locations that are aesthetically appealing. Manager Ivan was also very considerate, coming several times to make sure everything went smoothly and according to plan! They are the most regarded by Mitsubishi for a reason!

Had Galaxy come out to provide an estimate for repair. Some of the items that I was looking for (based on other companies recommendations) was not something that necessarily needed to be done. Others, yes, but in this day and age having a company come out and provide honest feedback and not try and upsell you on things you don’t need is invaluable, honestly.

Would highly recommend using Galaxy for your next project!

I had Galaxy come out and do annual maintenance on my mini-split heat pump. They were communicative and prompt, and took care of everything for a reasonable price.

We used Galaxy Services to install our Tesla EV charger. We got in-person estimates from a few highly rated local electric companies on Yelp, and Slavik from Galaxy impressed us the most. He was the most thorough in his review of our home's electric and took the time to explain all our options. Their quote was also the most competitive and included optional permits with the city. Slavik came with one other electrician today and finished the job in about 7 hours. We'll use Galaxy again for our electric servicing needs and be requesting Slavik!

I can't say enough great things about Galaxy. We worked with them to replace our old gas furnace with a heatpump, rework some of our ductwork (including insulating it), install new heat runs, and install a new heatpump hot water tank. They were super professional through the entire process.

After walking the job they were able to start Monday the following week. It was a lot of work given our ductwork situation so it was a 2 day job. 3 guys showed up both days and saying they worked hard the entire time they were here is an understatement. I'm not even sure I saw them break longer than a few minutes, and they even worked later in the evening on the 2nd night to get the job done and make sure we had heat.

They work extremely cleanly and will go above and beyond. I'm pretty sure they left the area they worked in cleaner than when they found it and managed to pick up the 100s of tiny pieces of scrap and debris that was created during the demo and install. I really appreciated this aspect of the job.

As with all construction there were some curveballs thrown in once the job got underway. At each decision point they were prompt and clear with me about what options existed and talked them through with me so we could figure out what would work best for our home.

Ultimately we're super happy with the work. They systems work great, and we're super happy we made the move to heatpumps and doing so with Galaxy. If I could give them a 6th star, I would.

We recently had an HVAC company install a heat pump split system in our house, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process. We have three zones in our home: the bedroom, office, and living room.

Michael came by for a consultation and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. After our consultation, they were able to schedule the installation within a couple of weeks. The crew, consisting of Mike, Arseniy, Timu, and Ron, were all professional and friendly. They completed the installation in just a couple of days.

The new system is fantastic! We can now control the climate in each room individually using our phones or the provided remotes, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, there were no surprise costs – the invoice matched the estimate exactly.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience with this company and highly recommend their services!

I’d had a bad experience with a new trainee when I called in to ask about their services and was left feeling concerned so I wrote a review expressing reservations about the quality of service overall for others. But let me say, I was wrong.

The owner himself called and texted me that day apologize, explain the situation and offer the service I had requested free of charge. It was incredibly kind and gracious. I didn’t take him up on the free portion, but he did take time to personally talk and help me get a rough idea of charges and service I’d need (and then offered a second time to do it for free).

I think this is a company run right, and it’s something you don’t see everyday. They listen, are empathetic to your needs, and seem very upfront and honest. I havent had service from them quite yet but from what I’ve seen, they seem like a great company.

Alex and his team at Galaxy Heating did a phenomenal job installing air conditioning and heating at our duplex in Oakland. While they were working they went above beyond to clean up issues that were left over from the previous home renovation. The craftsmanship of their work is outstanding. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for AC installation!

After the company that originally installed my furnace and AC refused to fix their own poor work, Galaxy Heating & Air Conditioning stepped in — multiple times. They fixed both my AC and a long-standing furnace issue the original installer wouldn’t touch. The most recent repair was tricky, but Galaxy got it right, and everything has worked flawlessly since. They’ve consistently come through when others wouldn’t.

Ramiro and Josue were terrific. They were on time, clearly knew what they were doing, and worked hard to get the job done really well. My job turned out to be trickier than we expected and they stuck with it diligently getting everything installed and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
