I have used Galaxy Heating and Air for appliance services and every time I’ve received quality service. From the initial call to schedule an appointment from the technician that comes out. I truly appreciate their honesty and have never once have they tried to over charge or fool me into work that I don’t need. Because of their honesty I always refer to Galaxy Heating and Air. And will continue to go with this company

Tim was so fantastic at helping with our hvac. He found the defective part quickly and replaced it. Works perfect. He’s great with pets, too.

I recently consulted with Sunny from Galaxy Heating about an issue with my HVAC unit. Although I ultimately didn’t hire him for the job, I was genuinely impressed by the level of service he provided. Sunny was extremely knowledgeable, proactive, and took the time to explain everything in a clear and honest way.

What stood out the most was his excellent follow-up. Even after learning that we wouldn’t be moving forward with his services, he continued to answer my many questions and offered guidance without any pressure. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare.

I truly appreciate his help and would absolutely recommend Sonny to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and well-informed in HVAC. If you want someone who genuinely cares about helping you, he’s your guy!

Galaxy replaced my ducts, removing the old hard pipe, installing flexi-pipe and cutting in an additional vent.

Two man crew - was originally anticipating 2 days of work (meaning 1 night without heat), they completed the job in one. The crew was respectful, pricing was best of 3 and we got heat before winter fully set in.

My experience started with an onsite quote by Michael Stone. Michael was very knowledgeable and asked questions on what our goals are. This is my first experience with needing to replace an AC system, our last system was 25 years olf. Michael was friendly and patient on answering all our questions and giving an honest answer and recommendation on what our options are.

After scheduling, Ramiro and Vladimir came on schedule to remove the old system and install the new system. Everything went smoothly and accordingly to the estimated timeline. They recommended a new thermostat with the system, but I liked the existing Nest that we have because we have other google home products. The technicians were able to work with our set up and after the planned two day install for AC and furnace our house has cool air.

I did receive multiple quotes and hear various vendors explain what was needed/recommended. Ultimately, we went with Galaxy because of the ease in understanding as Michael was able to put technical jargon in layman terms and provided us with confidence in picking the right system. Galaxy also provided a competitive quote with the best warranty terms as well as the best effort to not make change orders when/if a surprise comes up.

Constantine was so helpful. We had had another heating group come to fix our furnace and they just couldn't get it to work properly. Constantine diagnosed the issue right away and now we are in a warm house. Thank you so much! Galaxy!

Galaxy has been a very reliable and knowledgeable HVAC company we use for one of our rental properties. Sanny a tech came out, on time today to check on mine, and quickly diagnosed and showed me how to maintain the unit, as to not cause further damage. He also did not overcharge for the appointment.

Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with a maintenance and repair company. They were super responsive, got someone out right away, and even when they could have sold us on something we didn't need, they were honest!!!! You don't see that very often anymore. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My only regret is not going with them when we replaced our units initially. Look no further. Go with Galaxy!!!

I had ongoing issues with my AC system that two other companies couldn’t fix. Late one night, I left a message, and someone from Galaxy Services got back to me within five minutes. The next day, Ratmir came by and did an excellent job. His diagnostics were quick and accurate, we received a clear quote right away, and since the repair, everything has been working perfectly.

Can’t say enough about the level of service for Galaxy. Outstanding! We used them for a service call to get our old system up and running and they were thorough and responsive. Eddie in particular was a true pro! He’s the equivalent of ChatGPt for HVAC!

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the Galaxy Air Conditioning team for working with us on our heat pump AC installation. Our house is an old house, with not so good insulation and an outdated duct system. First, wee noticed that the AC was not powerful enough to keep the house cool during hot days after the first install with Galaxy team.
The Galaxy team, including the owner, personally visited our home to troubleshoot the issue and worked closely with us to find the right solution. Throughout the entire process, we interacted with their technicians, sales staff, and owner/manager, and everyone was consistently kind, patient, and professional.
They also helped us set up the city inspection and truly guided us every step of the way, making the entire experience much less stressful. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and reliable team that genuinely cares about your home’s AC system, Galaxy is the team to call.

This is a review for Eddie, he walked us through a tough job in an old house and a messy crawl space and kept us afloat on one of the coldest weeks of the year.

He replaced our entire gas furnace, told us what exactly was wrong with the original (it was a lot!), told us what he was going to do. He also kept open communication with me and was very nice to my grandmother and took the time to explain everything to her

Everything is expensive, but for what you get and the quality of work you get it is worth it. We now have heat in a very cold house.

Just had a great visit from Galaxy to look at my furnace. They were on time, researched the problem with the damper not functioning properly and fixed it within 30 minutes. Constan F. told me exactly what happened and was very knowledgeable. 5 stars I will definitely use them again.

I called them up for a diagnosis and the service guy was so nice. He gave me an honest quote and actually told me it would be cheaper if I go to the original service company. He still gave me the lowest quote of everyone except the original company who had a warranty to work with. I plan to use Galaxy Services from here on out. His diagnosis was also correct! Excellent service!

Great experience with Galaxy Services. Zach quickly identified and fixed a gas valve issue with our furnace, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. Pricing was very fair — the best quote we received — with no upselling. Heat has been working perfectly since. Highly recommend!

My husband and I decided it was time for a new HVAC system. We talked to Jeff at Galaxy who helped us decide which system would work best for us. A week later Ramiro and Mohammed arrived to install our new system. They took out our old very loud system. Their new design makes the new furnace very quite. We were amazed at the difference. We don't even need to increase the volume of the TV in the room! We had a hiccup along the way but the guys were honest and everything is good. We appreciate their hard work and will be recommending them to friends!

Their technician was able to identify the issue almost immediately, which really impressed me. On top of fixing the problem quickly, they took the time to walk me through what was going on and explained a lot about how my HVAC system works. I learned more in that one visit than I have in years of owning the system. The whole experience was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Great service from start to finish—highly recommended.

Constantine came to troubleshoot a heating issue with our furnace. He fixed it very efficiently, gave a very thorough explanation of what was happening, and shared very helpful insights. It was amazing service -- the best that I've seen from an HVAC company. I will be going back to Galaxy for all HVAC services in the future.

We had a great experience with Galaxy! Eric, our sales rep, was very honest and only sold us what we need for a very good price. We had competitors come out and they all wanted to replace our furnace when we got our new air conditioner even though it's only four years old. Eric told us that was crazy and we could use our existing furnace with the new air conditioner. Ramirez and Vladimir installed the new air conditioner and they were great! Both were incredibly nice and were very conscious of being neat and clean. They used drop cloths over our carpet and swept up everything in both the front and back when they were done. We are very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Galaxy for HVAC!

There was a loud noise when my furnace turned off. Sanny diagnosed the problem very quickly. It was a maintenance issue with a secondary filter, not the one I changed regularly. He cleaned it and its housing, did a maintenance on the rest of the unit and gave me useful pointers on maintenance. He was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. High marks to Sanny and Galaxy that responded to my request within 24 hours.
