They identified a clogged drainage line in the Samsung unit and handled the treatment quickly. The price was fair and the technician was polite throughout the visit.

The stackable washer and dryer in my apartment stopped spinning right after the warranty expired. I contacted SkillFuse and they sent someone out the following afternoon. The technician was knowledgeable about the specific Lg model and explained the recovery process for the motor. It took about two days to get the part but the installation was seamless.

I was even able to set up a payment plan through snap finance. He sent me the application link and I was approved instantly! I love my new fridge! I can’t wait to buy more appliances from here.

The refrigerators are NOT GOOD. They only work for a short period then you have to call and have it repaired and that's if they even answer your call. After its repaired it breaks down again and then they really stop answering you. Save your money

Called this company when our refrigerator started icing over from the inside.They came out and after checking it said that it needed 2 parts. They put the parts in, gave us a receipt for $120 labor and $60 for parts. Which conveniently does not state it on the receipt. But the warranty was for 30 days. We called him a couple days later and told him that it was still icing over. He came out again and now says that we needed another part. After several phone calls and a couple weeks past he finally comes down to install the part. A few days later, it starts doing the same thing. By this time we had given him every opportunity to fix it, which he could not. So we ask him to refund just the $60 for the parts and that he could take them back and keep the $120 for labor. Which he agreed too. Its now been several weeks and he still has not refunded our money according to his warranty. He actually sent us a text message saying that if we want a refund for us to remove the parts and take them to him. The business has dishonorable business practices and will NOT honor the warranty. They want the money and no responsibility after that.

Bought a fridge.. Started to freeze inside with frost in freezer and refrigerator side stopped working. Took to long for him to repair. Finally he repaired and after 5 days same problem started. He extended our warranty. But now when we call he has blocked our calls. I have obtained a lawyer to take him to court. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THEY SELL YOU BROKEN REFRIGERATORS THAT ONLY WORK FOR A SHORT TIME!! THEY DO OFFER TO FIX IT THE FIRST TIME YOU COMPLAIN BUT IF WILL STOP WORKING AGAIN AND THEN HE WILL BLOCK and AVOID YOU. THIS STORE IS VERY SHADY. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO TO COURT TO RECOVER THE FRIDGE COST AND WASTED GROCERIES GONE BAD AND OTHER EXPENSES! 📣📣📣📣 DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I bought a washer a dryer and it was really good quality of appliances. And the two gentlemen that came to my house to install they were really polite and respectful and also work with caution and also made it sure that the appliances worked fine.
I really recommend to make future businesses with these people.
