Awesome customer service, Ray and his team were outstanding. They were open on Saturday and they had the part I need to get my water heater back up when no one else did.

Ray at Winsupply came through for us in a big way today and we couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service we received. I was on the hunt for a burner assembly for our AO Smith home water heater and couldn’t go another few days waiting for parts from an online source. I agree that cold showers can do wonders for a person, but for a family of 6 with teenage girls and elderly parent, they were ready to toss me out of the house if I didn’t get the hot water running. While AO Smith was humming and hawing of where I could find the part I needed or how long it would take; enter Winsupply. Ray went above and beyond to arrange for the part within a few hours and had Tony bring it straight to us. Now, I don’t know that Ray can work the same wonders every time, but he did when it counted for me. I’ve worked public procurement most of my career and Ray came through with a level of value add that I truly admire.
