I called them to trim several palm trees on my property, the property line is defined by a very visible fence. They were slow to respond each time I reached out, but eventually I was able to get a quote and make an appointment. They gave me a price to trim all the trees (specifically they said 4 trees); I wasn't home when they did the work and I paid in full when they told me they were done since it was a pretty simple job. When I went to inspect the job, they missed one tree (they only trimmed three) that was on the property. I figured it was not going to be a big deal, I would let them know and they would return to finish the job. I sent them a text with photos showing the tree was within the fenced property line and asked if they could return; they insisted it was on the neighbor's property despite the obvious photo evidence. I asked if we could walk the property together to solve the issue. They said yes and then I never heard back, after several texts asking to schedule something.
