Vivo en north hills, mi vecino me dio este contacto para que me haga el trabajo de cortar un árbol en mi casa. Me gustó el trabajo que le hizo al vecino así que decidí llamarlo.
Lo malo que llego 10 minutos más tarde de lo pactado. Si no fuera por eso le ponía 5 estrellas. El trabajo quedó muy bien.

First off, I'm not sure any of these reviews are real. The address they show is actually the Post Office parking lot. I'm not sure this is even a real company, just someone with a machine in the back of their car using an answering service.

Bait and switch pricing. The tech that came out quoted double the price they did over the phone. Because of course it needed "special cleaning". Uh huh. I have the feeling every job they do suddenly needs special cleaning--at double the price.

From there is turned into a back and forth negotiation of money. It was like being in a low-grade used car lot.

It got worse. Once the sofa dried it was covered in yellow streaks. I had to hire another company to redo it.

I found them on Instagram and loved the idea of supporting a local business and giving work to people in the community. I haven't been disappointed with the service either. Two cleaners had my 4-bedroom house spotless in just 3 hours while I was out with my boys. I signed up for monthly cleanings. I deserve this treat)

I was one of their very first customers and I'm so glad I found them! My landlord was trying to charge me $400 for move-out cleaning on a 2-bedroom apartment that I'd only lived in for a year.
