Central Valley Drafting

We had a great experience working with Kelsie and Chris on our patio addition plans.

From our first meeting through the final plans, they were always patient, responsive, and easy to work with. This was a big project for us, and there were quite a few revisions along the way as we worked through the details. They never made us feel rushed and were always willing to talk through ideas and make changes until everything felt right.

One thing I really appreciated was how well they worked with our landscape designer. They incorporated her plans into the drawings and coordinated the additional details needed for permitting, which helped everything come together much more smoothly.

We’re excited to see the project finally come to life. Designing something like this can feel overwhelming at times because you want to make the right decisions, and Kelsie and Chris really helped us work through the process with confidence. We truly appreciate all of their help and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

Working with Central Valley Drafting as been a true pleasure. They created a great design for the ADU I wanted to build and I had no issues getting the permit and passing. Kelsie has always been super responsive and the communication has been great. She has been extremely helpful in answering all of my many questions and giving me lots of good advice.
