When Brayden came out to do my free estimate and chimney inspection because rain was leaking through the inside bricks, he put a tarp on the chimney right away—even before I agreed to any work. He told me, “Even if you don’t have us do the repairs, I want to help keep your home safe from more water damage!” We had heavy rain for quite a while, and the tarp completely stopped any water from getting inside. After the weather cleared, Brayden sealed up the top of the chase with mortar, filled in all the gaps, holes, and cracks, put on new flashing, installed a chimney cap, and waterproofed everything. The work was finished quickly and neatly in just a few hours. We didn’t have any more leaks at all! Brayden is also looking into ways to remove the white powdery residue on my interior bricks.
