Heat Busters did an excellent job replacing our traditional tank water heater with a tankless system. From start to finish, everything was handled quickly, cleanly, and very professionally. The team clearly knew what they were doing, explained the process well, and made sure the installation was done right.

The work area was left spotless, the system works perfectly, and the whole job was completed faster than I expected. It’s rare to find a company that combines speed, quality, and professionalism this well.

Last Summer our AC quit working and we called Heat Busters to have a tech stop by and troubleshoot the system.
Victor arrived on schedule, quickly diagnosed and repaired the system, and our AC was back online very quickly.
This Winter, our gas furnace failed so we called Heat Busters. Again Victor arrived on schedule, quickly diagnosed and repaired the system, and our gas furnace was back online very quickly.
We are very appreciative of Victor's indepth knowledge of all things HVAC and also his expertise in troubleshooting.
I don't think I have ever worked with a contractor more skilled than Victor.

My heater had recently stopped working, and Aaron and Victor showed up on time at my house to help me check it out. It’s funny that when they turned the heater on, it immediately started working! (It turned out the switch pressure sometimes not working) They then checked everything about the heater, and told me about the air filter needs to change, and also any parts might go wrong in the future. They were very polite and helpful, and it was a free session as well. If my heater’s bad again, I’ll definitely find them again, I strongly recommend them to any family!

We needed our air handler removed and re-installed after some drywall work, and Heat Buster's went above and beyond by lifting the air handler on re-installation so I can actually access my air filter because the team who installed it years ago didn't have the same attention to detail that Heat Buster's has.

Very professional. Showed up on time and did a great job of installing central aircondioning system. I highly recommend them.

I found some exposed wiring going to the AC unit. Called Rob at AC Plus and he came out and repaired it right away. Didn't try to sell me anything extra like some do. Even talked me out of something I didn't need.

Rob was incredible! Fast, reliable and efficient in fixing our heater. Highly recommend him for any HVAC needs.

We contacted Rob thinking that we need to spend thousands on a new AC unit. He came out on the same day. Instead of simply giving us a price on a new unit, Rob took his time to check out our old unit and found the problem that the previous service guy from another company didn't bother to find. He made the fixes immediately and we have AC again!

Left a message on their site and Robert got right back to me. He came out same day and instead of over selling AC services and equipment he had a quick and low cost solution. We were back up and running with frosty AC within 30 min. Robert is the owner and the real deal. He's also a nice guy with a family right in Poway. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service don’t ever use them. Ryan does not care about his customers at all. They installed a mini split system in our house and the AC started leaking almost immediately. I called to let him know and he said it was a faulty pump and that the replacement was covered under this and AC pro warranty. He told us he was going to get the part in a couple days and come back to fix it. HE NEVER showed up. Started blocking our calls (I had my friends call and he would answer their calls right away) but we could never get a hold of him. Anyway, paid 120.00 for another company to come to a diagnostic. They told me the pump is actually not faulty… it was that Ryan had INSTALLED THE WRONG SIZE. So that explains why he never showed up because a new pump cost 1400.00!!! So after paying over 10k for a new mini split system- that was installed wrong, we have to pay another 1400.00 to fix Ryan and his companies mistake.

wow.... They came and told me I need a new AC and they waive the charges. Honest people!

We lost our AC when it was 115 degrees and we decided we needed a new HVAC system. I called several business and they were the ONLY ones to come within 24 hours and then provide an immediate estimate that was honest and competitive. Additionally they put in our new system 2 days later! No BS, I highly recommend this company and will be using them again for any and all of my HVAC needs!
