i scheduled a chimney cleaning and inspection for my home because i was worried about the old chimney. jacob showed up right on time and did a very detailed job sweeping and checking everything. he gave me a clear report with photos and explained what he found in simple terms, which helped me understand what was going on. he wasn’t pushy at all, just honest and helpful. even though i had to wait a week to get the appointment, it was definitely worth it for the great service.

My husband and I were very happy with the service from Mr Chimney Cleaning. Clinton and Zachary arrived on time and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about maintaining our chimney, which was really helpful since this is our first home with a fireplace. They checked everything carefully and let us know there were some safety issues that needed to be fixed before we could use the fireplace. We really appreciated how clearly they explained what repairs were needed and the fair prices they offered. We’re very satisfied with the whole experience and plan to use their chimney sweep services for years to come!

We had a great experience with our recent chimney sweep service in Poway. Jacob set up our appointment quickly, even though it was a busy time. He called to confirm our visit and arrived right when he promised. Jacob did a very careful inspection of our chimney and made sure to keep everything clean inside our home. He was professional, honest, and really helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this chimney sweep service!

Mr Chimney Cleaning was very easy to contact, and Clinton, who came out to do the chimney sweep, was both friendly and professional. You could tell he really knew all about fireplaces and chimneys. The inspection report we received was detailed and clear, making it easy to understand what was going on with our chimney. When I had a question afterward, I sent an email and got a quick, helpful answer. I would definitely recommend their chimney cleaning services!

I was first recommended to this chimney sweep company by my sister many years ago, and I can’t say enough good things about their service. From the start, everyone on the team—Jacob, Benjamin, Zachary, and the rest of the crew—has been professional, friendly, and dependable. For several years, they cleaned my fireplace regularly and always did a thorough job. Eventually, I decided to switch things up and install a wood stove instead. Jacob was very helpful in guiding me through the process and making sure I chose the perfect stove for my home. The installation went smoothly, and the crew worked efficiently and carefully. When a small issue popped up with the draft, Jacob quickly made the necessary adjustments, and now the stove works perfectly and is very efficient. Overall, I am extremely happy with their chimney and stove services. I highly recommend this company if you need a trustworthy and skilled chimney sweep or wood stove installation team.

if you need anything done with your chimney in Poway, this is the company to call. we needed a wood stove put into our old fireplace, and the team did an amazing job. even though we had to wait a bit for our appointment since they're really popular, it was worth it for the quality service. zachary and jacob showed up right on time, were friendly, worked efficiently, and really knew what they were doing. they even made sure everything was spotless when they finished. five stars for zachary, jacob, and the whole team!

My chimney really needed some attention, and Zachary came out to help. He did a fantastic job sweeping and repairing the chimney, making sure everything was clean and safe for use. While he was here, he also checked over the roof area around the chimney to make sure there wouldn’t be any leaks, which I really appreciated. Now my chimney looks brand new. The quality of work was excellent and the price was fair. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend using Mr Chimney Cleaning in Poway.

The chimney sweep team in Poway did an amazing job for us. After reaching out to a few different companies, these guys really stood out for being honest and professional from start to finish, which was a breath of fresh air. They inspected and cleaned our wood-burning fireplace, and then helped us pick out and install a beautiful new gas log set. Clinton, who handled our appointment, was straightforward, on time, and made sure everything was done right. They estimated the installation time, kept us updated, and called us as soon as it was ready to schedule. Their communication was clear, and their prices were fair with no surprises. The installation itself was smooth, and when we needed help adjusting the logs after the gas line was connected, they came back quickly to make sure everything was perfect and working just how we wanted. We are very happy with their work and highly recommend their chimney sweep services to anyone in Poway or nearby areas. You won't be disappointed!

After they finished, they explained everything they had done and even shared photos showing the different steps. Now I feel reassured that my fireplace is safe and ready to use. Great experience with Javier's. Same-day service, which I was not expecting. They gave me an honest estimate before starting and stuck to it. The musty smell from my vents is completely gone now. Good local air duct cleaning done by genuinely professional people. Would use them again without question.

Found them by searching for affordable air duct cleaning near me. Came out the same day. The price was fair and they told me what it would cost before touching anything. Weak airflow from my vents is completely fixed now. Really professional crew.

Javier was sooo knowledgeable (like genuinely knew his stuff) about exactly what we needed and what they could do for us. He spent a looong time with us and was so patient with ALL of my questions... and trust me, I had a ton of them lol. We were given really honest and fair prices (they actually gave us a few different options to choose from which I loved) and he even made sure we got every possible discount he could offer us. Honestly, Jonathan is THE reason we didn't even waste our time looking anywhere else and just gave Javier's vent care our business right then and there. He truly took the time to actually care about what we needed (not just trying to upsell us, as most places do)), and that meant a lot to us.

Overall, an excellent cleaning company. I give my recommendation to them.

I am very thankful to try this cleaning company. My system is now cleansed from dirt and dust.

Fresh air and safe home. Dust free and now i can smile with glee. Thank you Javier’s Vent Care!

Happy to see my vents shine and sparkle.
The kids enjoy a fresh and clean home air.
Thank you for doing such a great work!
Salute!
