Best carpet cleaning service in town!! Their services are incredible, the owners professional and knowledgeable in the field! My living room flooded and we were able to book an appointment with them quickly. Not only that, but they were flexible with mine and my husbands schedules! Our carpets look brand new! And smelled great!! Highly recommend this business.

Robert is top notch and I would highly recommend his company for carpet cleaning! He picked up the phone on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and was at my place Tuesday AM to clean. Thanks Robert!

I have rental units. I have used Robert San Diego City Chem-Dry for close to ten years. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Highly recommend! Robert has always gone out of his way to accommodate my schedule. He's great to work with. Robert is professional, communicates thoroughly, quick, knowledgable and hires good people.

San Diego City Chem-Dry and Robert were a pleasure to work with. He was very nice and did a great job on my carpets!! He answered all my questions and gave great advice on both carpets and hardwood floors. I will definitely be using them again.

Great experience. Robert was timely and able to schedule quickly. The carpets came out great. In particular he addressed my pet urine stains effectively and was able to give me mitigating advice moving forward.

My experience with San Diego City Chem-Dry was great! Robert definitely takes pride in his company. I really needed my carpets cleaned and everything looks great! The service was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend using this company.

First a very honest person. I called two other carpet cleaning places. They told me that they could fix my carpet. When I called him he told me he would fix it but in 6 months it would be back again. "Honesty" what a concept. He doesn't sell carpet so he had no game to tell me anything but the truth ...And as for Melissa, the girl who cleaned the tile, oh my God. She is a Wonder woman I would use then again.. My only regret is that I did not take a picture before and after..

This company has been servicing our business (Advent Real Estate and Property Management) for over 7 years. They are always prompt to respond to us, and we have asked them to nearly do a 0 hour turn around on some of our properties, on occasion. They have been very reliable and honest. Communication is very important and I have never been disappointed. An honest and reliable company.

Maids by American Rose is responsive, always quick to schedule and good value for your dollar. They've cleaned my property in the past and did a thorough job.

Had a last minute event and just could not find enough time to clean the house. After multiple calls to various companies, called Maids by American Rose and they were able to schedule me in offering a variety of options for my cleaning needs. Ladies were friendly and prompt to arrive and worked my list of priorities and even had a bit of extra time to clean my refrigerator at a last minute request. If you ever need a cleaning Maids by American Rose and Marissa will not let you down. Highly recommend!

Good service. Very responsive!

Priority Pools ordered and installed a new salt system for my pool in aapril 2026. Their technician was on time and cleaned up the area after install. The old equipment was removed also. I highly recommend this company for pool cleaning and maintenance.

Great service!
