We had a great experience booking Need for Build. We had a few contractors provide bids on a mix of work we wanted done, which included siding repair, new concrete, tiling, and sod. Their bid was the best value and they completed all of the work in less than two weeks. We were told by nearly everyone who provided bids for the work that a match for our siding would nearly impossible to find, but Need for Build searched high and low until they found a perfect match (without delay to our project). The crew was professional and meticulous and ensured they cleaned each day before they left. Tommy was a pleasure to work with and kept in touch regularly. We will definitely be going to Need for Build for our next major project!

They did an excellent job which exceeded my expectations. The job was completed on time and everything went smoothly. Darrell did a great job of explaining everything and it all went as expected.

We met with a total of 3 contractors before deciding to go with Need For Build to build a retaining wall and replace our existing fence. Avi was great to deal with as was his office staff and crew and their pricing was competitive. They were all friendly and professional and the crew showed up every day on time. We had to make a couple of changes during the job all of which were handled in a timely manner and our job
was actually completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Need for Build for indoor or outdoor projects.

We appreciated working with Need for Build on our yard remodel. Their project leads, Allan and Rico, were fantastic throughout the project. We particularly appreciated one of their foremen, Michael, who did a fantastic job with the irrigation and lighting. Allan and the team took an initial plan that was over our budget, and made some creative adjustments to fit it within our budget while retaining the most important parts of the plan for us. The NFB team was easy to work with in planning and execution. They took great care of our property during the demolition and construction. We are very happy with the way everything turned out.

We had two excellent bathroom remodeling done. Thank you, Jonathan & Isaac, our project managers, who did a great job as they assisted with coordination of supplies and project team. We had a kitchen fire last October and the entire situation was very chaotic and overwhelming for our family. We researched construction companies and came across Need For Build. We met with Rachel who arrived at our home with a reassuring and comforting smile. We discussed the project and she answered all of our questions. It was easy to decide to work with Need For Build and we are so happy that we did. Every person on their team was a pleasure to work with.

Rachel made the shopping for kitchen restoration easy – she went with us to the showroom, made recommendations, listened to us and we worked as a team in making the decisions on what needed to be purchased. Her help in this process made the world of a difference to us and took the stress off of us by having her expertise and guidance.

We had great communication with our project manager Rachel, she always let us know when to expect things to be done, who would be arriving, if there was a delay she let us know right away, she was very responsive in taking our calls and getting back to us and coming by to check on the work being done.

The project turned out so much better than we expected! Just overjoyed with the entire process and really appreciate each team that all worked on the project.

We had Need For Build replace our roof that was aged and leaking. They came out and measured, then told us they could get a crew out in 3 days. Sure enough, 3 days later they came out and replaced the roof over the course of the next 2 days. Due to the slope of the roof they had to change plans on what material they could use, which led to our warranty increasing from 30 years to 40 years. There was no additional charge for using the longer lasting material or extending the warranty. Our contractor, Darrell, was very communicative through the entire process. He sent pictures and videos each day to update us on the progress and made sure everything was perfect before we made final payment. Overall it was a very good experience.

Patio renovation was done professionally and exceeded expectations. Michael and Russell are a great team and one or the other was on-site everyday. The work crew headed by Luis was great. We will enjoy the new deck for many years to come. Definitely recommend Need For Build for any home improvement project

It is literally hard to believe in these times you can get a contractor to show up, do the work, timely, for a fair price, and a quality result. If that is what you are looking for, you have found your company. I’m still literally floored that these guys are as good as they are when they really don’t have to be in this market to remain competitive. I read one review where the potential client said he/she was pressured. To the contrary, for us, they wrote up a contract with 40k worth of work, and let me pick and choose, add/subtract all throughout the job and were completely flexible. The workers were respectful, timely, and resourceful. They came up with truly creative solutions for sometimes complex problems created by our own design choices. In terms of managing the project, Jonathan did what he said, and said what he did whenever I needed him to do it. This should be your contractor, for projects large and small. Jim and Tiffany

The Need For Build team were professional, patient and a pleasure to work with on our bathroom renovations. They were willing to work with us to keep costs down without compromising on quality. Fredy and team were able to finish the job quickly and respectfully (which was great for me as I work from home most days). Ivan and Darrell guided us every step of the way in picking the material and recommending great suppliers, and they frequently checked in to make sure everything was going as planned and to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend working with Need for Build to others and for our future needs.

I worked with Russell on a complete remodel of my backyard space, including demo and installation of a new deck, artificial turf, pavers & a new spa. He and his crew were amazing to work with! They were timely, organized, clean, and on top of every detail. Hands down I would work with Need For Build and Russell again on my next home improvement project!

We hired Need for Build for a backyard hardscape project and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial site visit with Alex Fuego, who walked us through the process and gave us the confidence to move forward, to the thoughtful, hardworking crew who showed up every day with care and precision, the experience exceeded our expectations.

This wasn’t a big job by their standards, but they treated it with the same attention and white-glove service as if it were. The crew checked in regularly, included us in key decisions, and were always kind, even with our 5-year-old popping out to greet them in the mornings.

The peace of mind in hiring a fully licensed, well-established team was worth every penny. We now have a beautiful, clean foundation for the next phase of our landscaping, and we’re so glad we didn’t try to DIY it. Highly recommend!

I had a really great experience with this company and our project Manager Fernando. He is so professional and detail-oriented and I could tell quickly upon meeting him that he is very committed to high quality work. My backyard has a lot of complications in terms of grading, landscaping, aggressive tree roots, etc and he spent a lot of time from start to finish measuring and analyzing the space to make sure and maximize my outdoor living space in the best way possible. Also, this is the only contractor I spoke with when initially getting estimates that provides a 10-year warranty for a concrete work (and I believe it’s for pavers as well) so that’s a huge plus!

I’ve had concrete slab work done on a previous property so I’m familiar with the process and the way this company has organized their entire process, it’s clear that they take extra steps to make sure it’s built to last. It’s such a relief when you finally find a really reliable contractor to work with, I highly recommend.

I researched many companies prior to selecting Need For Build to demo two large sections of block wall and install vinyl fencing in my backyard. Even tho they won't the cheapest, I l chose Need For Build because of Rachel's professionalism when making her presentation and the fact that they had their own employees (no subs) and they would do both the demo and install of the fencing. The demo and fencing involved getting buyin from three neighbors and an HOA. Rachel did a fantastic job putting all the docs together to obtain approvals. The demo work was challenging, but Gus and his sons did an outstanding job. The fence looks amazing and all the neighbors involved are very happy with the outcome! Thanks to Gus, his sons, and Rachel for all of their hard work and dedication on a job well done!

Working with Need for Build was an awesome experience. We narrowed potential companies down to NfB and another company. When Michael arrived and we walked through the project, there was an instant connection. He got what we wanted, and he took what I thought were good ideas and made them better. The entire process for hardscaping was complete in less than 3 days. As materials arrived, the rest of the job was completed in a timely fashion. Importantly, the line of communication between us and Michael was seamless and responses were quick. We highly recommend this company.

Need For Build did an outstanding job modifying the side yard of our house. The job included clearing large sections of dirt, building a 3’ by 50’ retaining wall, and installing pavers. The cost estimate came in thousands less than the others I received for the same work. They started on schedule and had a time estimate of 2 to 3 weeks, but they actually finished in only 8 working days. They were very flexible and made changes to the plan at my request as the job proceeded. The work crews were all very polite and helpful; they cleaned up each day and left the final site looking excellent. Another great point is that David was both the salesperson and the project manager so he showed up every day to make sure the progress matched my expectations - I’ve had other company’s sales people disappear once the sale has been made, but not David!

Need for Build did a wonderful job of replacing my cement sidewalk with pavers.
They were very patient with my HOA process and the workers came every day in the heat, cleaned up everything after each day and were polite. Would definitely use them again. Thanks Jonathon and crew.

Ivan, Robert, Guerro and the crews are all incredible. The outdoor kitchen/bar they built in my backyard is truly a sight to behold, and these guys knocked it out of the park. They couldn't have been easier to work with, and got everything done really fast! I don't think there was a single day of downtime that they weren't working. I couldn't recommend NFB highly enough, and they will be my go-to call for any future needs!
